If by chance you are the owner of Nieuwe Molstraat 37, I would strongly advise you against getting involved with this real estate agency. In week 18, I went to the Netherlands, as part of diversifying our capital in Europe, with one specific goal: purchasing 3 to 5 investment properties. Last Tuesday I had a pleasant phone conversation with two agents from ARE. It was a nice conversation and they even asked me if I was sure that I wanted to view this kind of property, as it requires a complete renovation – and that was exactly the type of investment property I was looking for! At that moment, I was in Groningen. I had planned the following two days – Wednesday and Thursday – to view properties in The Hague, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. During the conversation we arranged to meet on Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. on Nieuwe Molstraat. Subsequently, we agreed that I would forward all my details via the contact form (make an appointment) on funda.nl. Confirmation from Funda that the request was sent on: April 30, 2024 (Tuesday), at 1:01 p.m. After a three-hour drive, I was on Nieuwe Molstraat 37 at 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday. I patiently waited until about 9:30 a.m. and then decided to call them. Their answer was that they had no viewings planned at that moment, and that I might have simply forgotten to forward my details – hence they hadn't come. The next day, they called me and told me that I had sent the message only after the viewings and blamed me for not being able to send messages. In other words, they think I am mentally handicapped and unable to send a few simple messages. That is very unfortunate, because I had high expectations of this property. It's even worse that I have wasted so much valuable time. I believe they have some sort of conversation recordings for quality control, maybe it's worth checking them out. Do they worry if they have lost a potential buyer for your property? Probably not. Will they solve their problems in the future? Maybe. Will they indirectly declare you crazy? Absolutely. Screenshots of the confirmation from Funda and the conversations with 2 ARE are attached. The times are in Vilnius, LTU time zone, should you wonder why the times do not add up exactly one hour. In the 6 years that I have worked with real estate, I have never come across a real estate agent who didn't show up for an appointment without informing me in advance or without reporting an emergency. That is my opinion about 2 ARE Real Estate Agents. Your experience may be different. P.

Ik kan Frisia en in het bijzonder Robin van harte aanbevelen en haar inzet waarderen met een dikke 10 !

Frisia is not even worth 1 star. My father's house was still not sold after a year. My father turned 80 and it was a year of his life. There is a laundry list of negative points to mention but I will name a few: advice was only given in January to put the house up for sale, while we were already ready in October of the previous year and had double living costs. When making an appointment, the real estate agent could only schedule a week later instead of the same week. Mistakes on Funda, for example forgetting to mention the garage. The photographer was not professional. The land registry declaration was not mentioned, focusing on negative points instead of positive ones: weak sales techniques. My father had to leave the house with viewings even though it was freezing cold and raining. So-called appointments were made, but not followed up! Despite the complaint filed at the office, the concerned real estate agent was not replaced by someone else. It came across to me as no respect for the elderly. Afterword: with another real estate agent, the apartment was sold within a month in October of this year.
