Onprofessioneel, oneerlijk en slechte communicatie. Ik heb 15 maanden in haar huurappartement gewoond. Er was vanaf het begin schade in de slaapkamer waardoor de kamer onbruikbaar was, en die schade is gedurende onze hele verblijf niet hersteld. Ze gaf de verzekeringsmaatschappij de schuld van de trage afhandeling. Nu, een jaar na afloop van het contract, heb ik nog steeds meer dan de helft van de €2000 borg niet teruggekregen, zonder enige reden. We hebben ook een verklaring van de periode dat we er woonden aangevraagd voor een verblijfsvergunning, maar die wilden ze ons pas geven nadat ik deze recensie had verwijderd. Ik plaats deze recensie opnieuw, om nogmaals te laten zien hoe onprofessioneel ze zich gedragen.
