Tijdens een bezichtiging raakten we met Dimitris als verkopende makelaar in gesprek. Dit gesprek ervoeren wij als dusdanig prettig dat wij besloten om hem in de arm te nemen als aan- én verkoopmakelaar. Toen wij na ettelijke bezichtigingen ons droomhuis vonden bleek direct de waarde van Dimitris: er was al vier keer een bod gedaan op het huis maar door zijn ervaring en bemiddeling kan ik nu deze review schrijven vanaf mijn bank in het betreffende droomhuis! Ook met de verkoop van het huis wat wij verlieten heeft hij zijn waarde getoond. Toen de eerste potentiële koper diens bod introk heeft hij direct een andere geïnteresseerde benaderd en daar kwam de koop mee rond. In het hele proces waren er korte lijnen met Dimitris wat heel prettig was! Snel reageren op een appje, zelfs in het weekend, of even bellen wanneer nodig; het hoort voor hem bij het vak maar werd door ons erg gewaardeerd!

Het is niet gebruikelijk dat ik een review schrijf, maar de aankoopbegeleiding die ik heb ervaren bij Van der Togt Makelaardij verdient zonder meer een bijzondere vermelding. In het hogere segment is ervaring en marktkennis van doorslaggevend belang. Die zijn hier ruimschoots aanwezig, gecombineerd met een scherp inzicht en een doordachte strategie. Het gehele traject verliep beheerst, zorgvuldig en met een duidelijk doel voor ogen. Wat ik daarbij als bijzonder prettig heb ervaren, is de benadering: professioneel op het hoogste niveau, maar tegelijkertijd oprecht en toegankelijk. Absolutely not recommended. However good it may sound, do not start with a capital plan. Agreements are never kept.

Stay away from Capital Plan – pushy and unreliable I strongly advise against doing business with Capital Plan. My experience with this company is particularly bad. They do not keep appointments, communicate vaguely about costs and conditions, and give me absolutely no confidence. I strongly suspect that things are not going according to the rules here. If you don't want to lose your money and trust, I would advise doing very thorough research before doing business with this company. Fortunately, there are plenty of reliable alternatives on the market. There are also clear signals that this company is not acting cleanly. These people only want one thing: your money. Be warned.
