Compared to the other real estate agents in Dronten, I would definitely not recommend this agent. Providing almost no information during the viewing and not knowing the answers to crucial questions. Furthermore, acting unethically and indiscreetly. They do not adhere to agreements and procedures that were previously established and discussed. The property was assigned to me after the closing date and time. I write '-was assigned-' because within an hour and a half I was called saying someone had placed a bid after the closing date and time, and that I was being checked. Very unprofessional. I have never experienced this before. I expressed my dissatisfaction and indicated that this is not acceptable, but only heard 'Yes, annoying.' I hope they will handle future buyers more carefully, because as a real estate agent you are not just there for the seller!

Very poor communication and long waiting times. We also couldn't agree on the selling price, which in my opinion was set much too low. In the meantime, I have attracted the sale to myself and I already have 2 bids above my asking price. Poor assessment of this agency! But I am particularly unhappy with the communication because they simply don't reply to emails.
