    After speaking with multiple real estate agents, I chose Van der Linden, and I have not regretted that decision for a moment. Reinder clearly has knowledge of the local housing market; no nice words, but an honest and realistic view on the asking price. I received good tips to get my house ready for sale, but what really made the difference for me was the personal approach. I found the sale of my house exciting and I found it difficult to let go of control. Reinder handled this very well, and thanks to his patience and humor I went through the process much more relaxed. I definitely felt like a number. Are you looking for an expert real estate agent who also has an eye for the person behind the sale? Then you are at the right address with Van der Linden!
