The entire process of selling our house went very poorly. We had multiple real estate agents during the sales period. Internal communication was bad. The house remained for sale for quite some time after it was already sold. And the worst thing is that internal communication about our vacation was on their website, claiming to be a good and involved realtor - well, never again Nouwen Makelaardij for us, our family, acquaintances, and friends. They also only did one tour during the sales period.

Very poor communication, the same problems every time. They used to be one of the best real estate agents in Dordrecht, but that's long gone.

Very difficult contact. They didn't think along with us. In addition, the internal communication within the company was also not good, which resulted in us receiving different information. I once registered for the Wolwevershaven project. Requested more information several times, called and visited in person. Never received the sales brochure. Never received a response to my last email. The apartments have now been sold. I will never do business with this real estate agent.

No aftercare and service! When problems arise after the purchase, they say they won't help you further and stand on the seller's side. Note that on the day of transfer I discovered serious defects. The house turns out to be full of moisture, mold and mildew, uninhabitable. Nouwen doesn't even bother to come and look or offer other assistance. There is certainly no question of aftercare; the real estate agent refers to the seller who supposedly knows nothing and that they stand on the side of the seller. Figure it out with a lawyer, is the advice. In short, money inside with Nouwen, you can't trust this realtor.
