UPDATE N.A.V. REACTIE VIJFVINKEL Allereerst, met betrekking tot het gat in de muur, wil ik benadrukken dat de makelaar ons in eerste instantie heeft gebeld met het verzoek dit gat te laten zitten. Dit staat in contrast met de bewering dat de verkopers hebben gemeld dat het gat niet tijdig hersteld kon worden. Ten tweede, betreffende de volle afvalbakken, is het van belang om te vermelden dat ons expliciet werd gezegd dat het normaal was om deze te laten staan en dat we naar de vuilstort moesten gaan. Dit staat haaks op de bewering dat het kantoor niet zou hebben gezegd dat ze dat 'normaal' zouden vinden. Er zijn later inderdaad zaken geweest die naar mijn inziens niet onvoorzien waren maar zaken die duidelijk gebreken waren die niet zijn gemeld. Wij hebben hier via onze rechtsbijstand ook gelijk in gekregen. Een brand in de meterkast omdat alle elektra niet goed is aangesloten zou toch iedereen moeten opvallen als telkens je stop eruit knalt. Respectvol en transparant handelen zijn waarden die we allemaal nastreven, en ik ben van mening dat een juist beeld van een situatie schetsen hieronder valt. Tot slot wil ik nog kwijt dat ik het erg vervelend vond dat ik na mijn review meermaals door de makelaar benaderd ben zowel telefonisch als via de e-mail (door het achterhalen van mijn persoonlijke gegevens via hun archief) om mij ervan te overtuigen mijn review te verwijderen al dan niet aan te passen ten gunste van Vijfvinkel. OORSPRONKELIJKE REVIEW Voor de opdrachtgever zullen zij vast en zeker goed scoren. Maar een beetje respect en menselijkheid naar de koper is ver te zoeken. Een van de vele voorbeelden: Deze makelaar vindt het normaal dat de verkoper 3 volle containers afval laat staan, die pas na een maand zouden worden geleegd. Ondanks dat dit geconstateerd is bij de sleuteloverdracht bleef de makelaar bij haar standpunt dat wij als nieuwe bewoners het afval van de oude bewoners moesten gaan afvoeren als wij voor onze verhuizing ruimte wilde hebben in de containers. Ronduit asociaal. Daarnaast vond de makelaar ook dat het heel normaal was dat de oude bewoners een groot gat in de muur achterlieten voor ons terwijl dit was ontstaan na het tekenen van de koopovereenkomst. Alleen al om deze reden zou ik zelf nooit voor deze makelaar kiezen.
