In this company works a super arrogant woman who, besides arrogance, also has no respect for others. I really hope she isn't the realtor responsible for selling your home! Really hope not for the people that they get her during a house viewing!

'She didn’t have time for that' Despite the fact that we have been looking for a house to buy for some time, I have never met such an arrogant real estate agent! From the moment we got out of the car, a very unpleasant atmosphere arose. We were 6 people and wanted to go inside in groups of 2 independently. Mrs. the real estate agent didn’t have any time for that at all; she only had half an hour. When we indicated that 10 minutes per 2 would also be fine, she wouldn't cooperate either. She didn’t have time, Mrs. the real estate agent. Out of desperation, we just left without viewing the property!

Very good and pleasant realtor. Both in the run-up to the viewings as well as the information we received from her after the viewings, we were very well informed and kept up to date. Throughout the entire sales process, the realtor stood by our side, listened carefully to our wishes and provided expert and objective advice. She always showed that she was transparent in the process. A very pleasant woman who really understands what 'service' means when you take a big step like selling your house. In short, buying or selling a home, we highly recommend Kooijman, and certainly also the woman who sold our house for us and with us, wholeheartedly. Nothing but praise for Kooyman Eigen Huis. As a starter on the housing market, after searching for a long time, I finally found an apartment that was still available and where I could schedule a viewing. I was helped by Julie, which I experienced as pleasant. Julie gave me a professional impression and she knew all the ins and outs of the property. Info about the VVE (Homeowners Association), construction plans in the area, advance payment for heating costs, and the history of the building. Basically everything you need to know. Anyway, I made an offer and bought the apartment. Also, during the process, measurement moments and extra viewings were no problem, and here too I was helped kindly. Later, during the handover of the garage box, there was something wrong. The garage box differed from the viewed garage box in terms of finishing level. The real estate agent could not have known this because the keys were not available from the selling party. No hassle, no complaints, Mr. Kooyman himself proactively contacted me and came by within 48 hours with a contractor to assess and discuss how the problem could be solved. We are now 3 weeks further and the contractor has finished and panelled the garage box at top level. Friendly people who also updated some points in the house. I would recommend Kooyman to everyone, they have gained an ambassador from me.

What an arrogant woman works there, we had a house viewing and she acted as if we wanted to steal something from the house, we absolutely had to start from upstairs and follow her when she wanted, she didn't let us look properly because she had to talk so much you had to listen to her, it seemed like she was hiding something. Inexperienced arrogant woman. I hope for the people that they don't get her during a house viewing.

Very unprofessional. Three days ago I submitted a viewing request via Funda: no response. Subsequently contacted them by phone; it was stated unfriendly that applicants are selected from all requests. I find this remarkable, as I reacted as one of the first. Also via WhatsApp, there is silence. I would not entrust my property to this party, which is a shame, because you lose potential buyers that way. Should the owner of Stalnet 3, 3192 DJ, Hoogvliet Rotterdam read this: things will not progress with this selling agent; in my opinion, a wrong choice was made.

Ik raad dit verhuurbedrijf ten zeerste af. Ik bezocht een van hun appartementen voor een bezichtiging en in eerste instantie leek alles in orde. De secretaresse vroeg me echter om €350 vooruit te betalen om mijn documenten naar de verhuurder te sturen, met de belofte van €250 terugbetaling als de verhuurder mijn aanvraag zou afwijzen. De verhuurder keurde mijn aanvraag goed, maar het huurcontract dat ze me aanboden was zeer onprofessioneel. Het contract bevatte meerdere fouten en onredelijke clausules, zoals dat de huurder verantwoordelijk was voor de verzekering, schade aan de buitenkant van het pand en afschrijving van de cv-ketel. Kortom, het contract was onacceptabel en niet rechtsgeldig. Bovendien zetten ze me onder druk om het contract vóór 1 juni te ondertekenen, terwijl ze het pas op 29 mei naar me hadden opgestuurd, waardoor ik geen redelijke tijd had om het te bekijken. Toen ik mijn €250 terugvroeg, reageerden ze helemaal niet meer. Dit verhuurbedrijf handelt te kwader trouw – vermijd ze ten koste van alles.

During our search for a home, we also came into contact with this real estate agent during the viewing of the property at Buitendams 154a in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. The role of a real estate agent is, in our opinion, important in the sales process. Unfortunately, we experienced the contact as unfriendly and cold. There seemed to be little joy in the sale or the contact with potential buyers. Of all the real estate agents we have spoken to, this one came across as the least friendly to us.

Remans Vastgoed is among other things active in the management of various VVE associations. After a storm and a slamming door, 1 of our keys was bent. Unfortunately, there was only one thing to do: order a new key. Because it concerned a key with a certificate, the key order went through Remans. It's almost remarkable how long they took for this. On May 10, 2023, we contacted them by email and ordered the relevant key. Meanwhile, as of the moment of writing (June 18, 2023), the key is reportedly 'on its way to us', but still not in our possession. Every time we made telephone contact, the key was 'on order with Hubo'. We have a great deal of understanding for external factors that can delay the process. However, needing almost 1.5 months to have a key re-made via the hardware store is sheer incompetence. Due to the rampant incompetence at Remans, we had to rotate with 1 house key for 1.5 months. It's an understatement to say that we are not particularly impressed with this company in the meantime. There is no service here whatsoever. Now let's hope we actually get to receive the key soon! For those interested: we eventually received a key when we were about to move out. I will now briefly jump into the response from Remans Vastgoedbeheer. It is truly unacceptable how often contact has been made on behalf of Remans with us regarding removing/adjusting the review. In the response from Remans, it is mentioned that there is a necessary certificate. Of course we were aware of the certificate, which is why we also contacted Remans. Furthermore, Remans was also aware of the fact that we as tenants did not have a spare key in our possession. Moreover, the above review is entirely based on feedback from Remans themselves. Any 'inaccuracies' in this review are a direct consequence of the information provided by Remans themselves. Conclusion: the problem lies with the service and the form of communication, not with the consumer. I would greatly appreciate it if the obsessive urge to change the above review finally stops. A mistake is a mistake, take responsibility.
