Appointment did not go ahead, while I had already been waiting for a few minutes. I call the realtor, it turns out the property has already been sold. This was also not communicated.

Make appointments with potential client. Have this client travel to the location (30 minutes travel time). Upon arrival of the client at the location, the real estate agent is missing and upon inquiry it turned out that the property had already been sold and the client (who is waiting for the real estate agent in front of the property) is not informed about this. Little involved real estate agent and unprofessional!

Spoke with Paul van de Broek. Confusion about the valuation report. He wanted to resolve it, but Van de Broek didn't want to be bothered because he was eating a sandwich. In a rude manner, he referred to the invoice, which wasn't sent until 11 months later. He literally said that he didn't care what the client thought of it. The valuation was carried out by the mortgage lender and I was not aware of this. I couldn't explain it because he kept shouting into the phone about an assumption. Is this seriously a real estate agent who is allowed to carry out valuations? Tip: don't do business with this real estate agent and find one who at least wants to speak to his clients.

Ik heb onlangs via Van der Krabben Makelaardij B.V. een woning in Oss gekocht en de ervaring was uitstekend. Wesley was professioneel en vriendelijk, waardoor het hele proces soepel verliep. Hij was ook erg behulpzaam tijdens de bezichtigingen en inspecties. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service en zou ze zeker aanbevelen.

Altijd vriendelijk bij vd Krabben. Wesley heeft ons super geholpen bij de aankoop van onze woning en vervolgens ook bij de verkoop van onze woning. Echt alles wordt voor je gedaan en uitgezocht. Zeer slechte makelaar !!! Willen snel geld verdienen, zijn onbeschoft en houden verborgen gebreken graag geheim onder het mom van niet bekend. Tevens kunnen mensen alleen een review plaatsen op Funda als van der Krabben dat toestaat, dus vandaar alleen maar goede beoordelingen.

Ik heb dit meerdere keren besproken met makelaar Wesley, en hij vertelde me dat ik na het tekenen van het koopcontract nog 3 maanden in het huis kon blijven. Nu is de eigenaar langsgekomen en heeft hij me verteld dat ik binnen 4 dagen het huis moet verlaten. Ik heb het contract ook ontvangen, maar omdat ik hem vertrouwde, heb ik het niet laten vertalen. Als je op een dag wakker wilt worden zonder slaapplaats, neem dan gerust contact op met dit bedrijf.
