Vincent heeft me begeleid bij de aankoop van een appartement in Amsterdam. Ik kan Straathof Real Estate Agents van harte aanbevelen, omdat de communicatie helder, snel en met oog voor detail verliep. Vincent is erg vriendelijk en kent de Amsterdamse vastgoedmarkt door en door. Gedurende het hele proces had ik het gevoel dat Straathof Real Estate zich sterk inzette om de beste deal voor mij als klant te realiseren.

Ik heb via mail een reparatie van de verwarming aangevraagd. Na een week zonder reactie dit telefonisch aangegeven, nog steeds geen reactie.. Het verwarming doet het nog steeds niet en ik woon in een koud appartement…. Update: ruim een week later en er is nog steeds niks gebeurt. En buiten is het 0 graden.

OPLICHTERS!!! We zochten een huurwoning en kwamen terecht in een huis vol zwarte schimmel. Als je Nederland kent, weet je dat schimmel daar vrij normaal is. MAAR de woning die we via Roelofs huurden, was zo erg besmet dat ik een jaar lang non-stop ziek was. Ik lag de hele tijd in bed. We gebruikten zelfs de tweede slaapkamer niet meer, omdat we elke keer dat we erin kwamen moesten niezen en hoesten. Uiteindelijk hebben we een schimmel-/vochtmeting laten doen en die gaf de hoogste waarde aan. Onze huisbaas heeft ons gemanipuleerd en heeft gewoon de schimmel overgeschilderd. Nadat we eindelijk uit die dodelijke val waren, kregen we geen cent van onze borg terug, ondanks dat we een maand eerder waren vertrokken. Bespaar jezelf echt geld en tijd en huur ergens anders. Alle huizen die ze aanbieden zijn van lage kwaliteit en ze hebben geen oog voor de huurder. Een stel oplichters!

I am so satisfied with KK Amsterdam and thanks to their help I was able to rent my dream house without any problems. Thanks to their friendly and professional real estate agents, the entire process, from viewing to check-in, was smooth and clear. They respond so quickly and are so responsive that I didn't have to worry at all during the entire process. Ik heb via KKAmsterdam een ​​woning gehuurd en het team werkt super efficiënt. Het hele proces was binnen slechts 2 dagen afgerond. De check-in verliep soepel en ze konden al mijn vragen beantwoorden. Daarnaast hebben ze me geholpen met het afsluiten van de contracten voor nutsvoorzieningen, wat ik erg op prijs stel.

Normally I don't like to share negative reviews, but this time it was necessary. I had a rental agreement with this office and they were downright unprofessional: the contract wasn't ready on time, the response to our email took extremely long... In the end I could only manage to get in touch with the owner, who was actually a very nice person :). Unfortunately I still had to deal with them after my move. Although we cleaned the house perfectly with my roommate for two days, they still charged us 10 hours of cleaning costs (no idea what they were doing all that time), which ultimately cost us €150 + €50 for cleaning products (€50!! Yes, you read that right). Greedy and unprofessional, that's what this office best fits. They do everything to rip you off, so if you can avoid them, do so! By the way, KK means poop in French, which I found a fairly accurate description. (My message was removed because they changed their business location, but since they didn't change their way of working, I want to make sure other people aren't ripped off)

Overall, the rental experience went very smoothly and quickly. From the moment I registered until check-in, they were extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions and negotiations. I especially want to emphasize the exceptional service of Lyte; she handled most of the paperwork and questions extremely well and efficiently. The only 'problem', which is not a big problem, is that I had the feeling that check-in was somewhat rushed and not prepared for the following specific cases: 1- We couldn't find the storage of the apartment and it took a few days before we found out where it was located. However, this was not a big problem. 2- The apartment had holes in the living room wall that were not sealed by the previous tenant or the real estate agency/owner before my new rental. Positively, this was clearly mentioned in the damage reports at check-in. The rest of the check-in and the support afterwards were well handled. I discovered damage after check-in and they noted it quickly and professionally. I can still not judge the concerns about checkout and cleaning that other reviewers shared, as I just checked in. It is however very common to always have a professional cleaning service done before a new rental agreement, even if the previous tenant cleaned excellently. I therefore recommend you to take this into account and handle it well in advance and communicate with both the agency and owner to avoid as many problems as possible.

The rental process with KKAmsterdam went very smoothly. After I was accepted for the apartment, the lease agreement and other documents were quickly handled. The check-in with Bianca went smoothly; we made an inspection report and an inventory list. All my questions were quickly answered by the team. Finding a rental apartment in Amsterdam can be stressful, but this was a piece of cake. A real recommendation.
