SCAMMERS!!! We were looking for a rental apartment and ended up in an apartment full of black mold. If you know the Netherlands, you know that mold is fairly normal. BUT, the apartment we rented through Roelofs was so infected that I was sick non-stop for a year. I was bedridden. We even stopped using the second bedroom, because every time we entered we had to sneeze and cough. In the end we had a mold and moisture test done and it was at the highest level the machine could measure. Our landlord manipulated us and just did the tenant test and repainted the mold over. After we finally escaped that deadly trap, we got nothing back from our deposit, despite having left the house a month earlier. Save your money and time and rent somewhere else. All houses they offer are of low quality and there is not a single care for the tenant. A bunch of scammers!
