An appointment made for a property, called beforehand to see if we could take a look. There's a large building of enexis on the plot. This isn't visible anywhere in the photos on funda. Nor is it mentioned in the description on funda. Called the real estate agent and asked for an explanation. Was told that we’ll tell you about this during the viewing. Sorry, but these are things that should be mentioned beforehand. And then say on the phone, 'we earn nothing from you.' Honesty is a virtue.

To the question of whether the realtor had informed the new residents, a resounding 'yes' was given with enthusiasm. It turns out that this was not the case afterwards. Conclusion: knowingly and unlawfully selling a house with hidden defects which proved to contain even more defects. Never buy anything through them. Money is more important than the person who is now saddled with the misery.

After our offer was accepted, everything took an incredibly long time. After two weeks, we still hadn't received a correct draft purchase agreement. And then… we were called to say that a higher bid had been made. We had three-quarters of an hour to decide whether or not to go along with this. (...) Hereafter was my opinion about these circumstances, but I removed it under great pressure from the real estate agency.
