Omdat onze hypotheekadviseur bepaalde fouten had gemaakt, zochten wij met spoed een taxateur die op zeer korte termijn onze toekomstige woning kon taxeren. Via de verkoopmakelaar kwamen we in contact met Ado. Hij heeft ons enorm geholpen door zich erg flexibel op te stellen en is de volgende ochtend (op vrijdag) direct naar de woning gegaan om deze te taxeren. Direct na het weekend ontvingen wij het taxatierapport al. Het taxatierapport was heel uitgebreid. Wij zijn dus heel tevreden klanten :-)

Good experience selling my house👍👍👍…

Very disappointed. Two days before the scheduled viewing, they casually called to say that the house had already been sold. They said they received an offer they couldn't refuse. While we specifically asked if everyone would get a chance to make an offer. I gave 2 stars because otherwise they do sound nice but hope this is a lesson for them that you don’t treat customers like this. So unfortunately, not a good first experience with this real estate agency.
