My viewing appointment was cancelled on short notice and unexpectedly without a real reason. When I wanted to introduce myself personally, with all the documents (which they have already received) in my luggage (income statements, proof of identity, CV, etc.), I was strictly rejected 'because I have two companies abroad.' Mrs. Westerdijk behaved arrogantly towards me, showed no interest in my concerns and refused to connect me with the director. Despite my credible references and the disclosure of my economic connections, they did not take me seriously. I am actively involved in the financial sector and have worked for various brokers, but I have never experienced such arrogance!

Bad experience with handover (both times) and also the contact is extremely difficult. Upon receiving the keys, agreements were not kept. A professional cleaning was supposed to take place, but there were still food remnants on the floor, mold in the refrigerator and bathroom, and leftover food in cupboards. The installer for the central heating boiler came for the annual inspection, pointed out that these boilers are incredibly dangerous and advised replacing them. This was reported, but nothing was done about it. They were even contradicted. When handing over the apartment, a deposit is withheld without a legally valid reason. To this day, no proof of 'damage incurred' has been seen. A bad experience in every area, a shame because the apartment was very pleasant to live in.

Really don't go into business with them, not a nice broker! Totally no pleasant experience with them, sluggish contact and doesn't keep appointments.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE! The worst experience renting a house… they charged us cleaning costs when we left, while the house was spotless. They took photos of damage that already existed when we rented and it turns out that if we ask them to show us the photos of how the house was when we moved in, they say they don't have pictures of the condition. What a joke! When they show the houses, they also don’t tell the truth, we had problems with break-ins and when the new tenants inquired about it, they were told that it was a safe house, not trustworthy!
