Two months ago we bought a house. Agent Lagendijk was the agent of the selling party. After renovating the house, we noticed a leak in the bathroom. Ultimately, we had to have the entire bathroom demolished. The new bathroom cost us €15000,-. The sellers initially wanted to accommodate us and after a few days they backed out. Nothing had been done to the entire house for 30 years, only the downstairs toilet was renovated not so long ago. Later it became clear why: the leak in the bathroom came from the toilet ceiling.
