De installatie werd door Mikel bij de energieleverancier aangemeld en bij de SMA controller. Inmiddels zijn de panelen een maand in werking. Geweldig. Voor Mikel en zijn team een dikke pluim. Both before and during the viewing, the real estate agent made promises that they could not keep afterwards. That in itself is already bad. We were supposed to be called, but despite our attempts to contact the real estate agent (e.g., leaving voicemails several times requesting a call back), that did not happen. Via their website, we had to learn that the property suddenly stood “under option”. Subsequently, we received an email rejection with a reference to another house they have for rent. The rental price of this was almost double that of the property in question! On our reply to that email, in which we expressed our dissatisfaction, there is no further response. Simply unprofessional and also impolite to treat people like this and then not be willing to communicate about it. Sad!
