Fast response after wanting to view a property. After telephone contact regarding questions about our own home, the conversation was abruptly ended in a childish and rude manner. Especially after we let them know that the sale of our house would be handled by someone else. Then the advice to first sell our house before buying another. Worst advice I've ever heard. Our house is completely finished and very desirable these days. Was not planning on ending up on the street with 3 children. But the condition of selling our own property was apparently unacceptable. Sorry but unpleasant conversation.

Well, here exactly the same experience, unfortunately. Nothing of your high customer satisfaction score to be noticed! When Ingrid arrived at the house (10 minutes late) the positive atmosphere that was there completely turned around. Never encountered such a distant cold person, we were looked at with a disapproving look as if Mrs. had never seen a person with a tattoo before. In 5 minutes quickly through the house, no explanation anywhere. Then we got the form pushed under our noses which we could fill in if interested, Mrs. asked about our incomes... I was really stunned. Prior to the viewing, email contact was had with Ingrid about the house, she could respond to my emails within the hour 3 times but when I asked what the rental requirements were, she never responded to my emails again! The viewing was more than a week later!!!!! So, we tell our incomes again, causing her to laugh and very nonchalantly indicate that at least by one person 3x the monthly rent amount must be earned. I don’t know what you think I have for a job but no, I do not earn 3,000 per month. When I ask why she didn't respond to my email where I asked what the requirements were, she laughs it off and starts talking about something else! Then we wouldn’t have had to take time off work! Whole afternoon for nothing. Then she also still made the great comment that we should go rent a cheap house and apply for rental allowance. I have never felt so offended, what a treacherous trick to simply let us come anyway! Ugh, left with such a strange feeling from the house, had stomach ache from it all day. Purely because of the disastrous experience with this real estate agent, I won’t even try to make another chance for the house! What a nasty person!

I don't recognize at all what some people are writing negatively here. We have interest in a property, called yesterday and they immediately picked up the phone. Later in the afternoon we were immediately called back and we are now waiting for an appointment to view. So far everything is going well and as it should. I always say: You don't get a 2nd chance for a 1st impression and that was simply good with this office. Everyone is allowed to give their opinion and everyone will personally experience what they think of a company and want to share their experiences based on that. I do that myself too, because this week we also had a bad experience with a real estate agent from South Limburg and I wrote about that in another review. What I find very strange here on this site is that someone suddenly decides years later to share their negative experience on this site, while you normally would do that within a short time after the experience. Why would you suddenly start sharing your bad experience on this site years later???? I find it all very strange, but doesn't mean we are simply very satisfied. But well, everyone their own opinion.

Early January 2024, Mr. Jacobs assessed our building which is listed on the municipal monument list. In the municipality of Maasgouw there are 118 municipal monuments, and our building is one of them. Mr. Jacobs did not include a municipal monument as a reference property in his assessment. This is evident from the outcome of his assessment, which is lower than that prepared previously in 2011. Furthermore, there were inaccuracies in the appraisal report. For example, it states that there has been no deterioration, while he himself took a photo of it. Since 2011, the average increase in homes has been 34%. Therefore, I requested the NVM to arrange for a recognized appraiser who is capable of properly assessing monuments. In the response from the NVM, Sjoerd Jacobs was not listed! Therefore, in that same year, I requested a reassessment by an appointed assessor who, according to the NVM, has experience in assessing municipal monuments. In September 2024, an appraiser recognized by the NVM assessed our building €150,000 higher than that of Mr. Jacobs. As a result, the tariff class with the bank decreased by more than 25%. I cannot imagine that such a large deviation would be qualified as correct by the NVM.
