Erg onprofesssioneel. Slechte communicatie. Waar ze kunnen proberen ze je voor alles te laten betalen. Gebreken worden niet opgelost, of je moet er extreem lang op wachten. Als het even kan, huur dan ergens anders.

Ik huur dit appartement al tweeënhalf jaar en heb nooit problemen gehad. De communicatie was uitstekend en ze reageerden snel als ik vragen had of onderhoud nodig had. Alle problemen werden ook altijd snel opgelost. De makelaars/medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

I had a contract for 2.5 years with a house from 050vastgoed. If there was something wrong in the apartment you could call or email and there was a quick response. They also came quickly to solve it. I have had a good experience with this!

Good service and always reliable

Besides posting fake previews as also discussed in other reviews, this company is also simply an unprofessional business that often has no idea how to manage their affairs and finds communication with the tenant difficult (except for the annual maximum rent increase, then they know how to find you). Tampering with energy labels, unanswered maintenance requests, and making calculation errors with service charges (after which threats from bailiffs followed after pointing out these errors to the company) makes me want to avoid this business like the plague as a tenant. The feeling of leaving this business gave me was better than applying for a mortgage and buying a house. I wish every home seeker much success in these difficult times. However, I would certainly recommend this business if you own real estate and want to extract maximum return from it at the expense of your tenants.

I am incredibly pleased with the service of 050Vastgoed. They were friendly, professional, and quick in their communication from the very first contact moment. Thanks to their help, I found a beautiful apartment without stress that completely meets my wishes. Everything was clearly explained, and the handling of the rental agreement and key transfer also went smoothly. If something isn't right according to 050vastgoed, it is communicated in a very childish and unbusinesslike manner. Definitely don't enter into business with them. For context: I thought I had purchased the laminate flooring (which is now over 10 years old) and that it needed to be removed, you’d say miscommunication. Below you see a nice example of how they communicate. Draw your own conclusions, I would say. ----- IN RESPONSE TO YOUR MODIFIED RESPONSE BELOW: 1) I have not agreed with anything anywhere. 2) How can the laminate floor be approximately 5 years old when it was already in the house when I moved in? I lived there for eight years. 3) You removed your original response where you again struck a very unprofessional tone, I'll share it below: 'Dear Thomas, you are removing a laminate floor that is not yours. What do you expect yourself? It is normal that you don’t take things with you that aren’t yours.' 4) AGAIN, don't enter into business with this party.

I had pleasant contact with the landlord when needed, for example I received quick answers to questions I asked. All in all a good landlord!

Always had good experiences, good maintenance and never had any problems with living spaces. If anything is wrong, everyone at 050Vastgoed is ready to help you. Dealt with both private and business clients with 050Vastgoed. Professional company.

If you want to be messed with, spend at least 6 months trying to get help or (extremely necessary) maintenance, or be treated extremely rudely, then you've come to the right place. On the second floor there's a window where the glass could fall out at any moment (due to thick mold) above a shopping street that hasn't been looked at in over 6 months despite multiple emails about it. Leaks, on the other hand, take more than a year before anyone even comes to look at them, and resolving them takes even longer, and if a hole appears in the ceiling due to the leak, it is ignored until you move out, making parts of the house uninhabitable. BUT the most scandalous thing of all is that you receive service cost statements via a self-created Excel file. If you ask for the reasons for the (absurd) high amount and proof thereof, you will receive the invoices from the suppliers a month later with a new excel file in which the amount suddenly drops considerably. This clearly indicates that they themselves decide how badly they want to mess with you, and if you don't pay within a week (after they take a month to answer), they already threaten with further steps. It is a company run by insignificant … who are only after money but don’t know what working means as long as they can mess with you. A horrific “company” that even ranks extremely low compared to other landlords, which is quite something.

DON'T RENT FROM THIS 'COMPANY'/NOT RECOMMENDED Above the many fake accounts that give a 5-star review with a simple nonsense story, you will also be scammed just as badly by the service of this rental company. They pull costs out of thin air and if you point it out to them, they come up with a new calculation so you suddenly only have to pay half (happened multiple times). Also, you will have to look for solutions yourself for enormous holes in the ceiling, broken single-pane windows on the 3rd floor, leaks, and all other problems because if possible, they will ignore it for as long as possible and then complain that we should also contribute to the repair of the property. After a conversation with the former owner of the building, we also found out that he sold the building as a fixer-upper and that a lot had to be done back then (5-10 years later). So (deferred) maintenance is not carried out and if it really can't be avoided anymore, they will solve it in the cheapest possible way, which is understandable as a thrifty Dutch person, but then asking the tenant for money after he has indicated for 2 years that something REALLY needs to be done is not normal. And of course, it was inevitable that this 'company' would set their energy labels as they please. An apartment with single glazing where there are many holes in it, with walls and ceilings where the holes are so large and deep that you can almost have tea with the neighbors and much more falls under the most insulated and economical label according to them. Or they are really incredibly bad and stupid or they are simply ripping people off. So fake reviews, calculating (service) costs as high as possible until you ask for actual figures and calculations, scamming tenants by adjusting energy labels, providing 0 service and generally treating their tenants in a nasty way are things that are daily bread at 050Vastgoed.

I rented an apartment from 050vastgoed for just over a year. Friendly and good contact throughout my time. Minor maintenance, of course, was carried out myself. For larger maintenance work, they come quickly. Very friendly maintenance service. Handover and final inspection were carried out neatly.

The proximity of the city was very handy. The apartment itself was modern and warm in winter, with lots of sunlight coming through the windows. No problems with the neighbors. Great view from the living room.

050vastgoed, what a great company! Never had such a good experience with a real estate agency before. I get quick answers to my questions, repairs are fixed quickly and if there's urgency they are always ready to help.

Not to speak about the communication and approach of this real estate agency. Often there was no or very late response to emails, and when you called, they said you would be called back, but that never happened. Constantly I had to keep emailing and calling because I still had too much rent to receive. Service charges settlement would be sent by May 1st at the latest, not yet received. When we wanted to hand over the apartment we rented, photos were taken and 1.5 weeks later I was called asking if they could come by again to take photos because they had lost the photos.. very unprofessional and frustrating all around.. strange also that employees themselves leave 5-star reviews.

Rented an apartment for 3 years through Via 050. During this time, there were many defects and problems with the house. For example, we had no hot water for a week because the boiler needed to be replaced due to severely neglected maintenance. In addition, we also had a month without a shower because of a severe leak that was not addressed. We received no compensation for this at the time, and when we suggested it, we were laughed at. At the end of our stay, the house simply fell apart because no maintenance had been carried out for 20+ years. Part of the ceiling collapsed, glass fell out of the frames, there was mold, the pipes were incorrectly installed which created dangerous situations and even more leaks. This was reported several times to Via 050 verhuur. However, nothing happened or we received a very late response that they would pass it on. When we left, this was still not resolved. The ultimate absurdity was receiving a bill for more than €2000 half a year after we had moved out for gas/water/electricity, about which we were never informed. In addition, the thermostat was shared with the upstairs neighbors, so there is no way to say who consumed what. When we subsequently asked for more information, we finally received more information six months later, whereby the amount to be paid suddenly turned out to be much lower, which proves that they are simply trying to rip you off, followed by a threat a week later that if we did not pay within two weeks, they would send a collection agency after us. We find this really very strange behavior. That it takes you half a year to respond and then threats are made for if we do not transfer more than €1000 euro just like that within 2 weeks. In conclusion, 050 verhuur is a company you absolutely should not enter into business with. They are bad at communicating (if you get an answer at all), they don't arrange anything for you, you better do it yourself and you have to empty your savings without warning after you leave otherwise you will receive threats about sending people after you. Really don’t rent anything here, because you are simply being scammed! All five-star reviews are absolutely not credible; we had already left negative reviews earlier that suddenly disappeared everywhere, so they clearly remove their bad reviews so that no one can see what a scam these people really are.

The most worthless real estate agency there is, all they think about is money and getting rid of people. They send you service charges years after you've moved out and don't respond to emails. If you don't pay the service charges, you’ll get a collection agency without any warning, while they don't respond to email.

After a serious leak I lost my house, vastgoed 050 has not helped me or my neighbor even once and offered no apologies for the drama. They say we are only the intermediary, but I am of the opinion that if you make contracts, you do want your tenants to live safely whether the building is yours or not. The municipality was involved and said this is not safe to live in. They are renting it out again now and I hope with all my heart that the new residents don't get a leak. I find it scandalous that despite knowing we lost everything, they never helped us. I have always paid neatly and never caused any disturbance; please think twice before renting from this real estate agent.

Great service, fast responses

Zeer slechte klantenservice, en ik maak geen grapje. Ze weigeren elke vorm van onderhoud te verlenen. Het enige wat je van ze krijgt, zijn dreigementen en e-mails om geld te innen. De klantenservice belde me op met het verzoek mijn recensie aan te passen, en dat is inderdaad een typisch teken van bedreiging. Vorig jaar, toen ik contact met ze probeerde op te nemen over de cv-ketel, weigerden ze me te helpen en gooiden ze me juridische documenten toe (en in die e-mails verwezen ze me door naar een derde partij, maar gaven ze onvoldoende informatie over waarom ik naar hen toe moest gaan en hoe hun service in rekening wordt gebracht). Als buitenlander in Nederland ervaar ik dit ook als een bedreiging. Uiteindelijk hebben ze me geholpen mijn problemen op te lossen, dus heb ik besloten mijn recensie aan te passen. Ik wil de oorspronkelijke recensie echter wel laten staan, omdat dat is wat ik voelde en dacht toen ik probeerde hulp te krijgen.

Ideaal, vooral voor internationale studenten. Ik had videobewaking op mijn kamer en heb er bijna een jaar zonder problemen gebruik van kunnen maken. Het beste is dat je geen commissie betaalt.

Unprofessional place (sorry, I can't say it's a company). It's a pity that people in Groningen don't have much choice because there aren't enough houses/rooms. That's the reason why they never want to improve or be professional. After more than 25 e-mails and at least five phone calls in two months, the office wasn't always there. 050 Property Management never provides service cost summaries. I got a screenshot of an Excel table when I asked for it. I found out that they had charged too much, but they kept insisting it was a one-time error, without any prior information to prove it. The service costs amount to almost half of the rent price. And the invoice doesn't mention anything about it. Tomorrow they'll let you know that they have to double the service costs, only in Dutch.

Dit bedrijf is crimineel. Ik heb ruim twee jaar in een van hun accommodaties gewoond... Het huis was erg vervallen en elke keer dat we om hulp vroegen bij een storing, duurde het een eeuwigheid voordat we antwoord kregen. Bovendien kregen we onze onderhoudskosten pas twee jaar te laat vergoed, en mijn huisgenoot heeft die van hem nog steeds niet ontvangen. De verhuurder is meerdere keren zonder toestemming het huis binnengegaan. De communicatie was erg onvriendelijk. En ze vragen meer huur dan wettelijk is toegestaan! Ik raad aan om met de huurcommissie te praten en te proberen de huur te verlagen.

Not long ago, my shower broke down. After sending one email, it was resolved immediately and a few days later I had a brand new shower. It's very nice that they always respond quickly and in a friendly manner and that work is done swiftly when you have a problem!
