Strange procedure. They do not accept offers subject to financing approval. While they themselves perform a feasibility check and therefore know whether it will be a problem or not.

Jammer dat u onze diensten zo heeft ervaren. We hebben u naar ons idee volledig geïnformeerd. Inmiddels hebben we elkaar gesproken en weet u dat een ontwikkelaar de voorwaarden voor de verkoop van een nieuwbouwproject bepaald. Ook hebben we net als destijds besproken dat bij veel inschrijvingen iemand meer kans op een toewijzing heeft zonder voorbehoud van financiering. Hetgeen Scherp financieel advies u als mogelijk had geadviseerd en tijdens de inschrijfperiode ook over heeft gebeld. Mocht u in de toekomst weer onduidelijkheid rondom de aankoop van nieuwbouw ervaren dan helpen we u graag en wensen u alle goeds. Groet, team nieuwbouw
