Broker Bakker worked for the buyer. During our appraisal, this broker imposed himself on our appraiser (by insisting on being present on the same day). In my opinion, there was clearly collusion to determine a lower price and the other broker even drafted the plausibility statement in our report. Both deny any conflict of interest.
