Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say?
