Alexandria Luijks would sell my apartment and guide me in the purchase of a new home. However, during this process she also acted as a buyer's agent for a family member, who subsequently bought my home. Afterwards I had the impression that the guidance in searching for a new home fell silent, while agreements were made and costs were charged for this. I am very dissatisfied with how this process has unfolded and the support I have experienced. I would not recommend anyone to work with her anymore.

Het woord makelaar niet waardig. Tussen bezichtingen worden geen pauzes gepland. Of je maar op straat wil wachten. En de teksten zoals voor ***29 Tilburg "goed onderhouden huis" klopt niet zoals je al op de foto's kan zien. En "HR-beglazing" is niet aanwezig. En de check van energie label A klopt al helemaal niet. Boven enkel glas en geen zonnepanelen. Kortom valse voorwendselen.

Henk Honders was our real estate agent when we sold our house in 2024-2025. A very pleasant collaboration with his wife Saskia as well, who handles more of the back office. Unfortunately, you don't sell a house so often but otherwise I would be a regular customer :-)

Recently had dealings with the 'service provision' of HA real estate agents. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied! The house that was purchased through them has many defects that were not mentioned. In addition, my house was sold through them (I received advice not to mention the negative things that ''have/have not been'' resolved, as this is discouraging, was their response). I then stated that I value honesty and would not follow this advice, however we are now left with a new house with defects and unmentioned issues (was this on their advice?). During the sale of my house, I also encountered many things. There is only one way and that is their way, furthermore they are not transparent; if you ask for insight into viewings/bids, etc., you get the answer: trust me. I am not satisfied with them and have a bad feeling about it! Next time I will definitely think twice before using their services.

Als koper heb ik regelmatig contact met makelaars en daarbij merk je al snel hoe geïnteresseerd of ongeïnteresseerd de verkoopmakelaar is ten opzichte van een klant. Deze makelaar is me al meermaals positief opgevallen door goede bereikbaarheid, snel reageren en duidelijk en volledige informatie delen. Ik kan geen oordeel geven over het vervolg proces gezien het nooit tot daadwerkelijke koop is gekomen. Zou ik zelf mijn woning verkopen, zou deze zeker op mijn te benaderen lijstje staan. Itt tot een aantal bekendere grotere makelaars in de regio die soms liever lui dan moe waren in het contact dat ik met ze had.

De makelaar werd opdringerig, er was weinig ruimte om alle goed door te nemen, heeft zonder overleg het verkoopconcept naar een derde persoon doorgestuurd omdat mijn zus en ik er te lang overdeden om te tekenen. Daarnaast heeft de makelaar tweemaal benoemt dat wij voor hem een lastig dossier zijn! Sorry omdat wij niet snel genoeg tekenen en er onduidelijkheid was met betrekking tot het executeurschap, wat door een advocaat nagekeken is, vind ik het pijnlijk om als klant te hore…
