Liever 0 sterren. Taxatie laten uitvoeren. Gebruikt referentie panden uit een geheel andere wijk. Schatting veel te hoog en dus niet accuraat. Dit ook aangegeven maar wordt terzijde geschoven. Doe jezelf een plezier en schakel deze man en partij niet in.

Oplichterij door het makelaarsteam. Hans reageerde totaal niet en kwam onvoorbereid en zonder advies naar de bezichtigingen. Ik heb een huis misgelopen omdat hij vergat een bod uit te brengen. Zijn favoriete uitspraak was "de markt is gek" en hij was totaal niet professioneel. Hij adviseert je om veel hoger te bieden dan de marktwaarde, zodat hij zijn salaris kan opstrijken. Ik heb enorm veel geluk gehad dat ik van deze samenwerking af ben en een echte makelaar heb gevonden die me heeft geholpen mijn droomhuis te kopen.

I received an online quote for an appraisal of my apartment, but was then called and told that it was now € 100 more, without a clear explanation why, and with an attitude of 'take it or leave it'. Very unprofessional, with little attention to customer service. I will not proceed with them.

Bedankt voor uw reactie. Bovenop ons basistarief hanteren wij een toeslag indien er een verbouwing moet worden meegenomen, er sprake is van een VVE of verhuurde woning. Aangezien deze taxaties bewerkelijke zijn.

Does not honor appointments. An appointment is rescheduled multiple times in one day, only to be told that he will not make it after all. Subsequently, an estimate of the value for an appraisal was given and the actual report is more than 40,000 lower. The comparison with other properties is also incorrect. Then delivers the appraisal report late (a month after the viewing). Must repeatedly remind them. I have had to provide renovation costs multiple times because “they were not received”. I am very dissatisfied with this party and emphatically do not recommend this party or Mr. B. Zaadnoordijk.

Appointment cancelled twice and rescheduled. They were supposed to come today (Saturday) so I could still quickly get my valuation report. Again, significantly late and now they're not even picking up their phone anymore. Awful company this. Don't go with them.

Lured with low appraisal rates but cheap equals expensive in the long run. Appraisal quality well below standard, incorrect and incomplete. Despite agreement on expected value, the outcome only comes as a 'surprise' after the money has been transferred. Definitely not recommended if you want quality instead of just the lowest price. Ultimately 'your own fault' because you could have known it given the purely negative reviews of their appraisal services

Don't do it! The saying 'cheap is expensive' proves true, and not every broker/appraiser is equally cooperative and good. There really is a difference (we didn't know that either). Choose another one and communicate well!

On October 29th, an appointment was made to have my house appraised at a rate of 325 euros. Subsequently, I received a neat confirmation that the appraisal would take place on November 12th by the intended appraiser. This appraiser then called me on November 8th to tell me that his colleague had made a mistake regarding the appraisal fee. I was presented with the choice of paying an additional 125 euros and then the appraisal would take place on November 12th. If I do not agree with the rate increase, the appraisal can be carried out 3 weeks later at the original rate of 325. Or you look for another appraiser....... The arrogance with which the message was conveyed completely stuck in my throat and I confronted the appraiser with the fact that they apparently have too much work. That was met with an arrogance like I've never seen before. I chose to let this very customer-unfriendly appraiser know that I will go for the option of finding another appraiser. People like these contribute to the bad image of, among others, appraisers and real estate agents and causes me to think that I wish them a housing market in which they are dependent on the few customers they have. In short, my experience with the appraiser from Hein Makelaars Team is very negative.
