The real estate agent themselves were fine. 30 minutes to race through a house where there are first other people and then you are rushed because the next one is already ringing. Questions asked afterwards and I received half answers. Offer made, I received confirmation with a completely different offer in it from the realtor, probably from another bidder. Called immediately, they would investigate it and I would receive the correct confirmation. No excuse, nothing. Also heard nothing more and therefore did not receive a correct confirmation. Only called at the end of the day that our bid had not been accepted without referring to the earlier incident. Amateurish handling. The reaction below says everything because little is true.
