Last year we had two viewings at Arno, during which time was really taken, during which they thought along with us and during which we could ask all our questions. After a number of failed bids, we decided to involve Arno as a buyer's agent. During the first meeting we had just had a viewing and wanted to make an offer. Again, Arno really took the time for us and we sat inside for 2.5 hours (this was even well past closing time). Arno has taken everything into his hands regarding making the offer and also after the offer was accepted, Arno supported us throughout the entire process (reading through documents, going to the notary with us, contacting the selling agent). Een woning in Utrecht zoeken lijkt bijna een onmogelijke taak. Hans zag echter alleen maar mogelijkheden en dacht mee in oplossingen. Voor ons was dit een eerste koopwoning. Hij nam de tijd om heel rustig alle stappen in duidelijke taal aan ons uit te leggen. Zo voelde het proces een stuk minder spannend.
