Slechte ervaring met deze makelaar. Na ruim een half jaar alsnog een factuur ontvangen door gebrekkige administratie, gevolgd door snelle dreiging met incasso. Niet klantvriendelijk en onprofessioneel.

In one word: had a bad experience

Very poor communication, sometimes even no response at all. And even when you think you have bought a property (oral agreement), the property is simply offered to a second buyer. Inflating the price after the seller has already agreed. Absolutely no ethics. Should give you a sense of security as an NVM real estate agent, but here nothing is certain.

This broker is not flexible and doesn't think along with you either. They don't have enough information about their houses. If there are problems regarding the sale, they don't want to help you. I would never recommend this 'Broker'. They might as well file for bankruptcy how bad they are. They do not deserve a star.

In response to Ms. Christel. As the selling party via this broker, I would like to state that Ms.'s reaction is completely exaggerated and not truthful. After the sale, Ms. initiated a discussion to have costs she herself incurred reimbursed. At the notary's office, it was emphatically verified that the purchase agreement was approved and that Ms. had every opportunity to inspect the property. She fully agreed with this. Now addressing the broker is a form of misplaced retaliation without reason. This broker is certainly flexible, and the given reaction is nonsense.
