Wij hebben ons huis verkocht met hulp van Marco, maar zijn niet erg tevreden. Hij is niet eerlijk geweest naar ons en de kopers van ons huis. Hij heeft geprobeerd om de potentiële kopers tegen elkaar op te laten bieden, zonder dit met ons te overleggen.

Marco is charmant, maar hij is niet betrouwbaar. Bij de verkoop van ons huis is hij niet transparant naar ons geweest dat hij er zelf beter van probeerde te worden door potentiële kopers te benaderen, zonder dat wij dit wisten. Hij zei tegen potentiële kopers dat als hij hun huis mocht verkopen, hij ervoor zou zorgen dat ze gekozen zouden worden. Dit heeft hij allemaal achter onze rug om gedaan (hier zijn we toevallig achter gekomen doordat we contact kregen met deze mensen). Ook heeft hij de ingezonden verhalen op Move.nl voor ons achterwege gelaten door deze niet vrij te geven. We vinden het erg jammer hoe iemand in deze machtspositie zó misbruik hiervan maakt. Ons advies: ga voor een andere makelaar. Hij is goedkoop, maar de verkoop van je huis is te belangrijk om op te bezuinigen.

It went wrong from the first contact. We couldn't place an unprecedented offer. You come to your viewing, and they say that 2 unprecedented offers have already been made and there is another viewing after you. After us, the real estate agent just drove off immediately. While placing our bid, they said he doesn’t think it’s high enough. A dirty game this realtor plays. On the day they were going to let us know something, nothing was heard, but the next day we got a call that the seller agrees with our offer. There's immediate pressure on us to have the financing secured within 4 weeks. Our advisor indicates that it probably shouldn’t be a problem, but to be safe, it will definitely be done in 6 weeks. After being pressured again by the realtor, we receive an email stating that new bids have come in and the sale is no longer going through. A terrible realtor from the first contact. I wouldn't choose to work with this realtor myself.
