Including a generational home in a location with plenty of space in another town. Or new construction on a plot. And finally, transitioning to an apartment in your own hometown. We highly valued Christiaan's critical eye, sharp questions and insight. He knows the market, thinks proactively with you and is not afraid of creative ideas and solutions. And it led to a well-considered choice. But after the purchase comes the inevitable sale of a cherished possession where we lived for 30 years. And we also greatly appreciated the collaboration then. It's not ideal to tell potential buyers that they are not allowed to bid on the property if they are not permitted to view it. It's simply allowed by law, sad that real estate agents constantly find a way around it, especially towards their clients; the sellers. Submitting a bid is simply allowed, you can only reject it in consultation with the seller for that reason. This realtor doesn't know the rules and, in my opinion, isn't really a great realtor. What speaks in their favor is responding quickly, which is certainly positive these days.

Unpleasantly treated. Called back twice (despite this being promised to me) and not returned my calls, while I genuinely expressed serious interest in a property twice. Therefore, I contacted the owner himself (Mr. Wisse), but he avoids his responsibilities in a smooth manner.
