We met Koos from Muneris real estate during a viewing as the selling agent. Neat, courteous, honest and we were impressed by his knowledge of the property, the complete brochure, the time he took for us. We didn't buy that property but immediately decided that if we put our house up for sale, we would choose Koos. That’s how it went, a nice person, no fuss, skilled and careful. So we have experienced him in two roles and we don't like those quick guys with bluff and sweet talk, Koos is the opposite. Top collaboration with him, we will definitely choose Koos again next time.

Responded several times to three properties at different times. One had been sold, the other he would keep me informed about, and for the third he would contact the sellers to effectively view the property. He would get back to me to set a date, but nothing more heard. Still sent a reminder, but no reaction. Property is still for sale. In the meantime, a nice home has been found.

Contact very personal; direct answers; direct actions; real service as expected. Much was also due to the buyers, who asked sharp questions (rightfully so) and expected serious answers. That takes time and energy but was handled well.

I have 2 house viewings scheduled on the same day with the same realtor. Unfortunately, I had to explain the situation that I needed a home as quickly as possible. And if a bid were to be made and accepted, that I would go for that house. Of course, it's not nice of me that I didn't cancel. But how the realtor reacted is extremely surprising. Apparently, I am worthless and an enormous *fill in yourself* that I treat the person this way. My apologies that I did not cancel. That’s because I forgot. Apart from the situation I am experiencing, I find it very unprofessional of the realtor to stuff the skin full of degrading words. Otherwise a nice guy!! Keep phone calls short and direct

Ondanks een moeilijke start met de kopers en niet de gewenste verkoopprijs, van € 322.000,00 maar 282.500,00 een verschil van € 39.500,00 12,27% is best veel. De onderhandelingen met de makelaar Van Hoeve waren goed.

Ik ben Spaans. Ik heb om 12.00 uur een afspraak gemaakt om de prijs van mijn huis op dit moment te controleren. ze kwamen niet. ze hebben geen e-mail gestuurd en niet gebeld om te vertellen dat er niemand zal komen. Ik bel en hoewel ik zie dat de winkel in de oven staat, nemen ze de telefoon niet op. Ze zijn niet recheerbaar. ze vertelden me dat het een uur zou duren, dus ik heb een uur voor niets gewerkt.

Een heel prettig contact. Dhr. Van Hoeve is erg toegankelijk en vriendelijk. Daarnaast is hij zeer kundig. Ik kan dhr. Van Hoeve aan een ieder aanbevelen.

Ik zou niemand aanraden.

Zeer slechte ervaring, racistisch personeel en management. Zodra ze weten dat je niet Nederlands bent, zullen ze niet alleen je verzoek, maar ook hun diensten weigeren. Zoiets heb ik in Nederland nog nooit gezien. Als er een nulster is, zou ik ze zonder aarzeling geven.

We zijn heel erg teleurgesteld. Wij zijn een huis gaan bekijken, daarna hebben we een mail gestuurd waarin we hebben verteld dat we geintereseerd zijn, daar is niet op geantwoord. Daarna telefonisch contact gehad en daar verteld dat we geintereseerd zijn. Onze adviseur heeft contact gehad met de makelaar om te beginnen. Om vertrouwen te hebben in ons heeft de makelaar gevraagd of we een taxatie rapport willen maken. Daar waren we dan ook mee begonnen, wanneer de taxateur verteld dat het huis onder bod staat. De makelaar heeft geen enkele contact genomen om te vertellen over het bod, wij zijn er dan ook achter gekomen door de taxateur die wou beginnen met zijn werk. Ik weet niet hoeveel vertrouwen jullie kunnen hebben in deze makelaar maar ik heb het zeker niet meer.

Geen enkele betrokkenheid of gevoel van klantgerichtheid gehad. Waardeloze communicatie en informatieverstrekking, heb dit (als vastgoed professional) nog nooit zo meegemaakt.

Geen enkele ster, zeer ontevreden over deze onbekwame makelaar. Tijdens een kennismakingsgesprek voor taxatie kan het niet op en is deze meneer onwijs enthousiast, vraagt wat je nodig hebt. Het uiteindelijke taxatie rapport is diep bedroevend, klopt niks van in vergelijking met andere vergelijkbare woningen uit zijn koker. Andere taxateur in handen genomen waarvan het verschil bizar is. Nog maar te zwijgen over de slechte communicatie en reactie op mailtjes en telefoontjes. WAARDELOOS! Mijn advies: google snel naar een andere....

Dieptriest. Een bezichtiging die al 2 weken vast staat wordt 2 u vantevoren via mail geanulleerd, vervolgens is er niemand aan de telefoon te krijgen voor een beetje uitleg.
