An apartment was found which was published on Funda. Called within 2-3 hours after the advertisement was placed for a viewing. Lady on the phone said: feel free to send us a request via Funda. Great! A week later - apartment 'Below asking price'. Still no response. Left a 1-star review. Update (3 hours after the reaction was published): I received a call from the owner of the agency, who explained the situation and apologized for this error. Suggested to do a viewing tomorrow and ensure that the 'offer' is not final and I still have a few days. Although it is not an ideal situation, I believe that such quick complaint handling deserves 5 stars. Appreciate it!

We got to know Niels de Groot as a good sales broker who always puts the interests of his clients first and doesn’t easily back down under pressure, not even from fellow brokers. The asking price was better than we had dared to dream, and it was spot on. Niels helped us well with a very manipulative buyer who continuously tried to put us under pressure to lower the agreed price. Thanks to Niels' excellent guidance, she didn't get a foothold. The house was sold for the agreed price. If we were worried about the sales process, we could always lay those concerns at Niels’ feet, which was very pleasant and reassuring. Throughout the entire experience, communication between our mortgage advisor and this company did not go as expected at all. I can't believe the attitude of the agents at this real estate agency. Emailed via Funda to request a viewing, where they immediately called back (which is good), unfortunately I wasn't in the country so I didn't receive the calls. The next morning I was back in the country, I called them when my phone was active and I see the voicemail asking if I could make an appointment. Here I was told that I hadn't picked up my phone before. I explained why I didn’t pick it up and that I was away. Then I was asked when I could be at the property, that they were not amused, and that apparently I had a viewing appointment without my knowledge (the call is made at 11:55). To book an appointment without me receiving an email or phone confirmation from me or anything like that. Then it's unacceptable to have an attitude and tell me like a little child. I don’t care whether it’s a seller’s market or a buyer’s market, I’m not happy about it, I won’t work with this kind of behavior. P.S. After my review, they did indeed call me 2 more times. Bringing the total number of calls to 4, as they mention in their response. I blocked the number because I don't want anything to do with these people. As for damaging your company: you are hurting yourselves with your outdated knowledge of customer service. Thinking that you can force people to remove their reviews and spam their voicemail box is not how I would proceed. Without even admitting that there was something wrong with your tone or manners. I stand by my review being even more accurate, after the actions they took after posting my review.
