I ended up at JP Ram through a recommendation from an acquaintance to refinance my mortgage. I'm now 2.5 months further and nothing has been arranged, which could have various causes but the communication about this is frankly terrible. I’ve tried to reach someone via WhatsApp, email, phone or a message through the receptionist. You only get called back once on the same day if you threaten to switch to another provider. I'm fed up with it, I've been patient enough but this just isn't professional. Apparently, there is enough work that you treat your customers like this.

Very unprofessional service, the realtor had little to no knowledge about the property and could not even tell me if the dishwasher still worked. I did make an offer, but after two weeks of waiting without a response, I decided to contact them. They had forgotten to respond. My search for a home was unnecessarily delayed by two weeks due to the incompetence of these amateurs who are clearly just looking for quick money. Avoid these Muppets at all costs!

The process was transparent, Niels was reasonably responsive and is an excellent negotiator. And pleasant to deal with. Collaboration in a package with mortgage advisor Jenneke was also very pleasant. The photographer was highly professional. Appraiser excellent. No shortcomings whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Found an apartment listed on Funda. Within 2-3 hours after the ad was posted, they called to schedule a viewing. The lady on the phone said: please send us an application via Funda. Great! A week later - apartment 'Under offer'. Still no response. Left a 1-star review. Update (3 hours after posting the review): Called by the owner of the real estate agency who explained the situation and offered his apologies for this mistake. Proposed to schedule a viewing tomorrow and make sure that the 'offer' is not yet final and I have a few more days. Although it's not an ideal situation, I still think that such quick complaint handling deserves 5 stars. Thank you!

Should you be the owner of Nieuwe Molstraat 37, I would strongly consider engaging this office as your real estate agent. In week 18, for the distribution of our capital across Europe, I went to the Netherlands with one goal: to purchase 3 to 5 investment properties. On Tuesday, I had a pleasant conversation with 2 ARE agents. We generally had a pleasant conversation; they even asked me if I was sure I wanted to view this type of property, as it would require extensive renovation - and that was precisely the kind of investment object I was looking for! I was in Groningen at the time. I had planned the following two days – Wednesday and Thursday – to view properties in The Hague, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. During the conversation, we agreed to meet on Wednesday at 9:15 am in Nieuwe Molstraat. Subsequently, we agreed that I would send them all my details via the contact form on funda.nl (make an appointment). Confirmation from funda that the request was sent: April 30, 2024 (Tuesday), 1:01 pm. After a 3-hour drive, I arrived on Wednesday at 8:45 am at Nieuwe Molstraat 37. I waited patiently until approximately 9:30 am and decided to call them. Their response was that they had not scheduled any viewings for this time and date and that I may have simply forgotten to send my details - hence their failure to appear. The next day, they called me and told me that I only sent them the message after the viewings and blamed me for being the one who couldn't send a message. In other words, they think I am mentally impaired and lack basic messaging knowledge. It is quite unfortunate because I had high expectations of this property. It is even more unfortunate that I wasted so much valuable time. I believe they have some kind of call recordings for quality purposes; it might be worth reviewing them. Will they mind losing a potential buyer for your property? Probably not. Will they solve their problems in the future? Maybe. Will they indirectly call you an idiot? Absolutely. Screenshots from funda confirmation and conversations with 2 ARE are included. The times are in Vilnius, LTU time zone, should you wonder why the times don't add up by one hour. In my 6 years of experience with real estate, I have not encountered a real estate agent who failed to show up for an appointment without informing me beforehand or having an emergency. That is my opinion of 2 ARE Makelaars. Your experience may differ. P.
