A requirement of the bank was that our rental property had to be cadastral split from the downstairs apartment. Thanks to Frans' good contact with the notary, we received advice during the previously mentioned home visit on the steps to follow. This provided a lot of clarity for us! The next step was signing the purchase contract. Frans drafted this for us and after incorporating our feedback, we signed it together with the owner at Frans' office. Afterwards, the phase began in which the demolition permit was applied for by the owner, the house was appraised, and deeds were prepared by the notary. Fijn om hier een verzekeringspakket te hebben. Bij vragen of aanpassen pakket kan je altijd terecht voor vragen per mail of telefonisch of een op locatie gesprek en wordt er samen gekeken naar wat er past bij je als verzekeringspakket. Verder heb je hierbij ook geen werk met pakketen uitzoeken en prijzen vergelijken, dit wordt allemaal voor je gedaan. Ik heb hier al een heel wat jaren mijn verzekeringspakket lopen en altijd tevreden.

We sold our apartment through them. In short, you should not expect anything special. We chose them (despite the fact that they are more expensive than other real estate agents) because we trusted that, as a small family business, they would provide us with a more personal and attentive service. On the other hand, they often did not take our wishes into account, there was no creativity or independent thinking, appointments were inconsistent, and they made several minor mistakes during the process due to their carelessness. Often we did not feel that they were professional or that they would do everything in their power to sell our apartment as quickly as possible. They just let it happen without putting in extra effort.

Nothing special – despite it being a smaller company, you don't feel that they are really there for you and fulfill your wishes. A lot went wrong during the process or it just felt uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism and attention. They did the absolute minimum for a higher price than others.
