Broker with arrogance. An appointment was made for a viewing of a garage box, which was then cancelled. The next day I was called back saying I could come by the day after at a certain time. I wasn't asked if that suited me but it was a take-it-or-leave-it kind of thing. The time was in the middle of the day so due to work, it couldn't go ahead. Subsequently, nothing more was heard despite the fact that I had emailed them early on stating that I was very interested in the garage box. So I say, stay away from these people.

Horrendous office with terrible communication. The first time I met them at the office was to pick up my keys. The person handling my case decided it would be funny to pull my leg and say he didn't have the keys. I didn't find that funny after a 2-hour drive. They will also not hesitate to charge you for things that are not legal. I once had to call a lawyer to get them to back down because they made a mistake in the contract which prevented them from raising my rent. Actually, they shouldn't be allowed to raise my rent ever and have already tried to do so several times. The only time they were nice and professional was when they called to ask when I planned to move out, because the landlord forced them to pay the difference they couldn't charge me. With their attitude and behavior, I would gladly want to live here for another 20 years with a frozen rent 🤗
