We had terrible experiences with the collaboration with them, because the agent fails to perform the basic tasks that he should do. There were multiple leaks in the house when we received the transfer and both our agent and the selling agent failed to resolve the problem. The only thing I consistently got from them was that the owners were unavailable and that they handed over the house with all the discarded furniture they had left behind. unnecessary, it was elementary politeness to remove their belongings and provide a good handover.
