A very good choice to sell our house in Almere through Hol en Pol real estate agents. We were guided extremely well by Jan Pol from beginning to end of the entire process. Also had Jan handle the financial part, new mortgage etc. Jan is a professional with expertise but above all very pleasant to deal with, transparent, highly accessible and has a personal approach to contact. Truly a breath of fresh air in these hectic times and within a profession where it seems to be only about money and where standards and values are not particularly high. It is clear after the above that I can strongly recommend Hol en Pol, 5 thick stars!

When purchasing our current house, we first came into contact with François, this contact was so pleasant that we asked F. to sell our house on the Kampweg. During this purchase and sale process, we are very satisfied with how F. supported us; he provided us with good advice, he was always available when we had questions. We were looking for a house. Fulfilling all wishes is then a utopia. Several brokers contacted and they offered properties from their inventory or our eye fell on a building. Normal procedure. During the viewing of a property, Mr. de Winter listened to us, thought for a moment and suggested viewing another property that initially was not our preference. We did follow that advice after all. Mr. de Winter thought with us and looked after the interests of the seller in a very empathetic way and did bring us together, although our conditions were quite demanding. update 1 jan 2021 2 weeks ago we found and visited a holiday home on our favorite park. Through careful and quick communication with all parties involved, François was still able to make the (almost) impossible happen. It were 2 intensive weeks, in which we could turn to François with all our questions and received good advice. The paperwork was neatly prepared and explained where necessary. Thanks to his good coordination, the deed of our new holiday home passed yesterday. François, thank you very much for your help, and we will bring the promised pie personally soon. We do not recognize the negative reviews, but we have experienced that you also need to be active yourself and regularly consult to align expectations. In our search for a beautiful park and a pleasant holiday accommodation, François is a good support with extensive knowledge of the parks, the rules and the possibilities. We also receive suggestions for parks (where he currently has nothing for sale) which he thinks would suit us. The agreements made are kept and he calls if it gets a little later. To date, a good and pleasant collaboration.
