I want to thank you for the excellent service, Bjorn. I can definitely recommend Reunis real estate to anyone looking for a professional and reliable agent!
Strange realtor. First call the office to express interest in a property and inquire whether it was still for sale. The telephone operator didn't know that and indicated that we would be called back. Subsequently, we were called back by Björn. When I asked if the house was still for sale, I received the question 'why?' in an indignant tone. Apparently a very strange question, which they don’t often receive there. The conversation also leaned more towards an impolite than service-oriented tone. I was supposed to be called back later to discuss a viewing but heard nothing more from them... Doesn't come across as a professional real estate agency. Perhaps treat potential clients a little friendlier, then you won't lose them.
Dear Franklyn van Beveren (De Butstraat 15), what a special review. You say you haven't heard anything more? We simply called you back and, moreover, you even had a viewing at the property. Incidentally, you didn’t call to ask if the property was still for sale; you called me to ask if the appointment ‘for tomorrow’ was still going ahead. And because this appointment was in your wife's name and scheduled via her phone number, your name and phone number were indeed not known to us as an 'appointment'. I then asked you what time your appointment was. It then became clear that your wife Lillian had scheduled the appointment; so there was absolutely nothing wrong, Franklyn. What’s special about your review is that you and your family were actually very kind and friendly during the viewing. We chatted a bit ourselves. I also absolutely do not recognise myself in what you are stating now and find it very strange indeed. Presumably, your bottleneck lies elsewhere; you can always call us about that, your number is now known to us 😊 That's better than trying to post a false story anonymously as ‘Mystery User’ afterwards? Anyway?
On Wednesday, I filled out a contact form because I was interested in a property and would like to view it. Still no response on Friday afternoon, so I called myself. After repeating everything twice, I received a short answer that I would be called back. The telephone operator in question was clearly busy with other things. Still nothing heard on Tuesday afternoon. Again, I call myself and receive the short (exasperated) answer that my request had already been noted and I would be contacted. In the meantime, more than a week has passed and still nothing has been heard. It's bizarre that they can sell a house here without allowing potential buyers to view it. Very unprofessional. And after your reply here, I am even more astonished. The house for which I contacted you is indeed in your portfolio but is now naturally sold subject to contract. Your telephone operator looked it up themselves when I had them on the line because they initially didn't understand which house it was about. You never called me back and also did not email me. And what “same day” are you referring to? Because after three days, it still stood as

Afterwards, we sent you an email stating that the property you inquired about is not for sale with us, so perhaps you are mixing up two agencies. Such a misunderstanding can happen to anyone; if you have seen another suitable property from our portfolio, please feel free to contact us. Regarding your response: Through the completed contact form, you entered an address of a property that is for sale with a colleague real estate agent and not with us. We also informed you of this.
The realtor Björn was very unfriendly. And I have never made an offer on the house I went to view. Certainly not after the experience I had during the viewing. And then calling me with a different number to try and intimidate me about this review. Sad.
Dear Rebekka Rossie...what a special review...we were not unfriendly towards you. You waited too long to respond while knowing there was a deadline. We understand that you experience this as unpleasant but stating that we are unfriendly goes a little far, don't you think? Have you adjusted your review in the meantime? At a later point, you scheduled an appointment with us for a property in Vogelwaarde. We did indeed call you then because you didn't show up without cancelling; we were waiting for you in vain, which seems logical that we would call to see where you are.
