The chickens are happily roaming the land foraging. In the evening, they go into the run and coop. They have it wonderful here in Koewacht. The double occupancy bungalow at Zandpad 7 in Koewacht is now for sale. The chickens would really like to stay.

I needed an appraisal on short notice. I received the phone number of another appraiser because they were fully booked. She suggested that if I couldn't find anyone else, she would go to the property that very day to appraise it and then prepare the report after her vacation. UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. Despite 'all understanding' and the 'thanks for engaging in conversation', and the promise 'to contact me as soon as possible', no contact was made. In contrast to my experience with Reham, I did keep an eye on my phone, even for missed calls. Apparently, it was a false promise that Reham made. Below is my review from 6 months ago: It would be good if they responded to their emails and kept me, as the landlord, informed about the status of an advertisement which I expected to be published. A month ago, photos were taken in my apartment, but (as it was told) these were not sufficiently publishable. My current tenant had apparently not prepared it well enough. But I heard nothing from Reham about this, and even after emailing several times, I received no response. I also called the landline number a few times (the only number I could find on the Reham website). Response: I haven't seen any missed calls, I've been busy, you only (!) emailed twice, it is your right to disagree with this, (what a condescending put-down) and I don’t want to discuss it further. What a terrible story. Instead of thinking along and informing me, someone makes me wait for a month until I had to contact another department again, to then have to hear such a story. Due to this negligence, I lost rental income. What super bad service!

Lazy realtor, not of this time. We had decided to buy a house at number 77 for €525,000 in Clinge, explaining that we still lived in Italy. We asked him to arrange a video visit. They don't do that! He was going to call us back... but never heard from this gentleman again. We bought a house via a video call with another realtor. In my opinion, this man does not keep appointments.

I was very satisfied with the initial contact with Chris vd. Branden regarding selling my house. Afterwards, I received an extensive written explanation of how he arrived at his valuation of my house, which was very pleasant. From the moment the house was actually for sale on funda, it took quite some time before it was sold. But all in all, I am very satisfied with Brandax. They only employ friendly people who also think along with you. Therefore, I definitely recommend Brandax.

Bad realtor. Absolutely not keeping his word. Bitterly few or no candidates, also never had direct contact when I sold my house. But charged me a double commission while he never managed to realize a sale. Not recommended, major mafia practices are what he does to people. Pocketing money is what makes them happy. 😄😄😄

The realtor Björn was very unfriendly. And I have never made an offer on the house I went to view. Certainly not after the experience I had during the viewing. And then calling me with a different number to try and intimidate me about this review. Sad.

With a supra-modal fixed income from Belgium, this broker can do nothing. "You have no income" is what they say.

On Wednesday, I filled out a contact form because I was interested in a property and would like to view it. Still no response on Friday afternoon, so I called myself. After repeating everything twice, I received a short answer that I would be called back. The telephone operator in question was clearly busy with other things. Still nothing heard on Tuesday afternoon. Again, I call myself and receive the short (exasperated) answer that my request had already been noted and I would be contacted. In the meantime, more than a week has passed and still nothing has been heard. It's bizarre that they can sell a house here without allowing potential buyers to view it. Very unprofessional. And after your reply here, I am even more astonished. The house for which I contacted you is indeed in your portfolio but is now naturally sold subject to contract. Your telephone operator looked it up themselves when I had them on the line because they initially didn't understand which house it was about. You never called me back and also did not email me. And what “same day” are you referring to? Because after three days, it still stood as

Strange realtor. First call the office to express interest in a property and inquire whether it was still for sale. The telephone operator didn't know that and indicated that we would be called back. Subsequently, we were called back by Björn. When I asked if the house was still for sale, I received the question 'why?' in an indignant tone. Apparently a very strange question, which they don’t often receive there. The conversation also leaned more towards an impolite than service-oriented tone. I was supposed to be called back later to discuss a viewing but heard nothing more from them... Doesn't come across as a professional real estate agency. Perhaps treat potential clients a little friendlier, then you won't lose them.

As the purchasing party, we have had very good contact with this broker of the sellers. We received clear answers to our questions and all the time needed to properly arrange our purchase.
