Tommy and his team are incredibly fast. Called for an appointment for the first time on Thursday, the viewing (lasting at least an hour) was the next day, followed by a generous evaluation (on the terrace with a drink...), and then a bid submitted via Tommy. There was contact with the sales broker on Friday evening and also on Saturday, and we had an agreement on Monday... I don't think it could be much faster! Tommy has broad construction knowledge, very useful during the viewing. In addition, he is extremely knowledgeable in legal matters, which we needed when our mortgage application was delayed and our financing deadline came up quickly. In short, a solid 10 for the entire team. I don’t understand why people take the risk of buying a property without a buyer's agent. If you are wise enough to do so, you should definitely go with KUUBMakelaars!
