Aanvankelijke vraagprijs iets te hoog ingeschat: weinig bezichtiginge en geen biedingen. Na bijstellen kregen we meer reacties en een paar bezichtigingen waar uiteindelijk een bod (vraagprijs) is uitgekomen.

Very bad experience with this real estate agent. In my opinion, after acquiring the assignment, little attention is paid to selling the property; think of creating a new video blog or bringing the property back into focus. Additionally, there are specific issues related to withdrawing from assignments, whereupon withdrawal leads to higher fees than agreed upon, making it very easy for oneself to enrich at the expense of withdrawing assignments. In short, in my opinion, many big promises but unfortunately little action due to taking on too much at once. The expansion to Middelburg has also failed. My advice is to remain small-scale where the customer is central.

We have tried to reach you multiple times to discuss this in person. Instead, you immediately threatened with a negative review if we would not lower the invoice. I was interested in a rental property and for that, I provided my entire baptismal certificate to this real estate agent. They even had the audacity to ask me how much I spent on energy costs and weekly groceries! Nothing done for me, mistakes were made, and ultimately they stopped responding. The property remained listed on Funda for months. Luckily, the owner entrusted the property to another real estate agent and I was able to rent the property, which means a great deal to me for various reasons, within a week, even at a lower rental price! Reham has served their purpose and apparently did not serve the owner of the property either, as they switched to another real estate agent. UPDATE: The real estate agent in question contacted me by phone and clarified things. They also apologized for what went wrong. I appreciate that. My position regarding the treatment I received remains unchanged unfortunately. Hopefully, someone has learned something from this.

Very impersonal service, enter a dark hallway and it takes at least 10 minutes before someone shows up. A boundary line stands in the middle of the hallway between the potential buyer and employee. Both wore face masks, but the server did not. Considering we were very interested in a property (higher price range), the information remained sparse and the short conversation took place in the dark hallway, despite there being brighter reception rooms to the left and right which were free and where we could have been provided with an explanation of the file in a proper manner. The information remained very scarce, employees crossed the hallway without saying a polite word. Ultimately, we left ourselves due to disappointment and sparse information from the young female server. Definitely not a professional approach

Onze makelaars zijn doorgaans allemaal op pad voor afspraken op locatie en doordat een deel van onze mensen noodgedwongen thuis werkt, konden wij u zonder afspraak niet helpen aan de gewenste informatie. Graag maken wij een afspraak met één van onze makelaars.

Busy with a new construction rental property via reham. Information regarding completion lags behind unfortunately. But otherwise, they respond nicely. And there's not much more they can do than wait.

Wanted to rent out my home through Reham. A separate branch within this company. Lax attitude of the person in question, poor communication, poor follow-up, no personal contact via phone only via email. All in all a very haughty and indifferent attitude. A regrettable experience after previously purchasing a property from them with satisfaction.

The initial contact with the broker/appraiser on location was very pleasant. There was expertise and understanding! Taking the photos also went smoothly. During viewings, we were always kept neatly informed of how they had progressed. In the business dealings, we dealt with multiple employees (both brokers and 'supporters'), but always with a willingness to help. Every question or comment received a friendly and expert response and after processing, detailed feedback was always provided. On all points, we give the score 10! UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. Despite 'all understanding' and the 'thanks for engaging in conversation', and the promise 'to contact me as soon as possible', no contact was made. In contrast to my experience with Reham, I did keep an eye on my phone, even for missed calls. Apparently, it was a false promise that Reham made. Below is my review from 6 months ago: It would be good if they responded to their emails and kept me, as the landlord, informed about the status of an advertisement which I expected to be published. A month ago, photos were taken in my apartment, but (as it was told) these were not sufficiently publishable. My current tenant had apparently not prepared it well enough. But I heard nothing from Reham about this, and even after emailing several times, I received no response. I also called the landline number a few times (the only number I could find on the Reham website). Response: I haven't seen any missed calls, I've been busy, you only (!) emailed twice, it is your right to disagree with this, (what a condescending put-down) and I don’t want to discuss it further. What a terrible story. Instead of thinking along and informing me, someone makes me wait for a month until I had to contact another department again, to then have to hear such a story. Due to this negligence, I lost rental income. What super bad service!

Assume that when a purchase is completed, everything went according to plan, but if things become difficult and more work needs to be done, it becomes difficult, and you see that they become more cumbersome. At Reham we were greeted kindly. In practice, they proved to be very unreliable. For example, it was stated that the salespeople would have arranged things, while the salespeople know nothing about it. Furthermore, during the inspection of the property to be purchased, a very nonchalant attitude was adopted regarding issues that weren't okay in the house. Very unprofessional and unreliable, unfortunately.

My husband and I were involved with Reham as buyers of a property. The support, service, and advice were very poor. Unfortunately, we realized too late that there was no interest in working together to find a solution. After the deal fell through, we received emails from the real estate agent, even after he had asked us not to contact him anymore. We are relieved that we are no longer involved and hope that our wish to no longer be honored by the real estate agent in the future is still respected.
