Wat een leuke gebeurtenis had moeten zijn liep uit op een drama voor koper en verkoper. - de makelaar wijzigde halverwege de verkoopprocedure. - zoveel fouten in de plattegrondtekening, niet normaal (trappen op de verkeerde plek, ramen niet ingetekend) - Ons is de eerste keer een koopovereenkomst van een heel ander huis, en hele ander kopers toegestuurt geweest - de enorm lekke kelder hebben ze voor de bezichtigingen leeggepompt maar staat werkelijk permanent onderwater. Niet verplicht, maar hadden ze wel eerlijk en transparant over mogen zijn ondanks de niet bewonings- en ouderdomsclausule (lekker ingedekt trouwens!). - makelaar kon zelf niet bij het passeren van de koopovereenkomst zijn. Verkoopster radeloos toen... 👇 - de notaris niet kon passeren omdat het koopcontract (en koopovereenkomst) allerlij problemen en juridische onduidelijkheden bevatte. - wij hebben hierdoor verkoper in gebreken moeten stellen en een advocaat moeten inschakelen. Juridisch drama voor iedereen en oplevering weer langer uitgesteld. Ze noemen makelaars wel eens cowboys, en begrijp nu wel waarom. Twee jaar later, en het zit mij nogsteeds dwars: slecht werk leveren, iedereen in de stress en maar promoten in het 'hoger segment' en binnenharken. Bij Graal-makelaars blijf ik dus ver weg.

Echt iemand die weet van aanpakken en op de juiste momenten rust brengt. Hij bepaald in samenspraak de vraagprijs en is niet “over de top” maar rechtvaardig en markt-conform. Ook na werktijd gewoon bereikbaar en doet er alles aan om de koper de juiste indruk te geven. Michiel…. Bedankt voor je support!!
