Sorry hoor maar deze makelaar kan ik echt niet aanraden. Zwaar inept. Had belooft om mijn huis binnen een bepaalde range te verkopen maar verkoopprijs is uiteindelijk een ton minder geworden. We moesten wel maar een ton is onvergefelijk. Meerdere keren eerst gevraagd of ik m’n huis voor bezichtiging wilde open houden en de makelaar kwam te vaak te laat. Het is wel belangrijk dat een makelaar op tijd is voor zijn bezichtigingen toch? Niet tevreden.

Ik ben echt super goed geholpen door mijn verkoopmakelaar Roy Davids van De Makelaars. Tijdens de periode met bezichtigingen heeft hij me volledig ontzorgd, wat echt heel fijn was. Daarnaast heeft hij veel specialistische kennis en goede connecties binnen het erfpachtdomein, waardoor hij me uitstekend kon adviseren over wat er in het koopcontract moest komen te staan. Zeker een aanrader als je van plan bent je huis te verkopen!

Wij zijn onwijs goed geholpen bij de verkoop van ons huis! Korte lijntjes en geen vraag was te veel. Zowel de twee makelaars, Christian en Ingrid, als de dames op kantoor waren heel erg kundig en vriendelijk.

Deze makelaar speelt vieze spelletjes. Hij heeft ons opgelicht voor 5000 euro, door te zeggen dat er nog een partij in de running was voor een huis, wat achteraf niet zo bleek te zijn. Vertrouw niks van wat deze man zegt.

Vervolgens zijn ze terug gekomen met dat het geaccepteerd is. op 5 maart werd ik nog eens gebeld: afgelopen vrijdag hadden wij een bezichtiging met een hogere bieding: precies hetzelfde als de vorige keer. Mijn bieding is €613.000,- (Weena 253) Wel twee adviespuntjes: - als je goed leest zie je dat het VVE geld tekort komt (ze hebben vorig jaar 3000 per appartement tekort gehad, en als je 3000/12=250 kom je uit dat de VVE dus met 250 euro verhoogd zal worden alleen om de kosten van 2025 te dekken. 2026 zal dus ook verhoogd moeten worden. Dit zal dus een eenmalige 3000 zijn plus ook maandelijks zal de VVE omhoog gaan. - de erfpacht zul je ook over 10 jaar moeten betalen welk volgens de makelaar 'een paar duizend euro, 6-7-8-9 zou zijn. Als ik makelaar was had ik precies gekeken hoeveel het was en was ik niet zo roekeloos omgegaan met het geld van een ander. Ook nog een puntje: Eerst heb ik hun 30 dagen gegeven om nog even door te bezichtigen, om te realiseren vervolgens zijn ze terug gekomen, en zeg ik dat de sterren nu niet goed staan en je tot 20 maart geen contracten moet ondertekenen. Wij willen de koopovereenkomst aangepast ondertekenen op 23-03-2026 en passeren op 07-04-2026. Beloftes wegen zwaarder dan 2000 euro verhogen. Dus hierbij geven wij jullie de tijd om jullie belofte waar te maken.

Dus een net nieuw geplaatst woning heeft dan direct als start punt de telling van aantal reacties vorige keer dat er geweest zijn. Slaat nergens op dus deze statistieken zijn waardeloos

We hebben onlangs via Annette van Expat & Real Estate een woning gehuurd en dat was een fantastische ervaring. Annette was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het hele proces verliep heel transparant en soepel. We bevelen hun diensten absoluut aan.

Helaas is het niet mogelijk om een ​​0 te geven, maar laat ik het duidelijk stellen. Wij hebben een hele goede ervaring met dit bedrijf ,zijn zeer kundig en betrouwbaar .

Pararius zou zichzelf beter “Only for Students” kunnen noemen. Het platform is compleet zinloos voor gewone woningzoekenden. Dag in dag uit komen er alleen woningen online met de melding ‘alleen voor studenten’. Zelfs met een betaald Pararius Plus-account krijg je geen eerlijke kans en geen enkele transparantie. De enige keer dat ik een bezichtiging kreeg, was voor een woning die letterlijk op instorten stond. Dit platform wekt de indruk van willekeur en ongelijke behandeling. Absoluut teleurstellend en zeker geen aanrader voor wie serieus op zoek is naar een fatsoenlijke woning.

Zoek je een kamer of een huur huis? Ik heb echt alles afgezocht maar kwam iedere keer weer bij Pararius met het beste en meest actuele en volledige aanbod! Voor mij een verademing na alle andere websites die ik bezocht had. Keep up the good work!

Wij worden niet gemaild en gebeld dus we bellen en mailen zelf. Er wordt niets duidelijk en niemand kan ons helpen. Vervolgens een week later zien we dat het verhuurd is. Zover dus die premium bullshit.
