Valuation issued in connection with mortgage refinancing. Contrary to the remark during the visit, a valuation report is produced with a significantly lower value. The mortgage application was processed precisely on this basis. Also a large deviation from a previous valuation in 2011 (also certified etc.). The valuer refers to sales of reference properties in recent years. However, these were sold during a crisis period. This report creates problems with the mortgage application, does not respond proactively to various requests for clarification/adjustment. The report was only ready after almost three weeks and was validated without any prior consultation. It can no longer be adjusted. Forced to request a second opinion.
