Worst realtor ever, I bought a super nice house where I am very happy, but what terrible communication with this realtor. We had initially reached an agreement that was suddenly rejected out of nowhere with a super crazy story. The viewing already went strange, a lovely lady who works at the office did this and knew nothing about the property. Still, I was able to buy the property because I kept insisting, but it cost me many emails and phone calls. After purchase, there was also difficult communication with the realtor, everything went through the ladies from the office. Even the day of purchase went weird, the lady said with the handover, yes sorry, I don't know this building. After transfer, we were able to pick up the keys at the office where they handed us the keys as if we had bought a loaf of bread, no coffee, no flowers, nothing. I sold my old house through a realtor where that went very differently, I have a warm feeling about it, but not with Gijs Jansen. I hope never to deal with this realtor again, what an unpleasant feeling to buy a house like that. It's just that I really wanted it, but how terribly unprofessional.

We were promised over the phone that a (dream-)house was still for sale and that we would be called back to schedule a viewing appointment. When that didn't happen and we called again ourselves, we were told that we would indeed still be called but that it was vacation time and everything would take longer. A week later, we called again, and then Mrs. realtor suddenly said that a preliminary purchase agreement would be signed and that a viewing would therefore not take place...

I will not recommend this realtor. He didn't put my house on funda, no photos were taken, and when I sold my house myself and said I wanted to pay him the fee of 750 euros, he threatened a lawsuit but suggested that he would still like to draw up an agreement. Paid 10k for that. Not honest and indeed looking for financial gain. Don't do it!

I personally have had a good experience with this company. Delivery was faster than 'promised' and the price was very competitive.

Good contact, competitive rate and the appraisal was delivered quickly.

Have a valuation report carried out via customisation at IREA Makelaars. 1.5 weeks after the valuation, I called to ask for the latest status. Very unfriendly spoken to by the IREA appraiser. My advice: cheap is expensive.
