Als huurder is het contact met Prevoo Vastgoed heel fijn. Er wordt proactief met je meegedacht over de mogelijkheden in woningen. Tijdens de bezichtiging wordt er duidelijke informatie gegeven. Contact via e-mail verloopt snel en soepel. Zeker een aanrader!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Prevoo Vastgoed en Bart Prevoo Mijn ervaring met een huurwoning van Prevoo Vastgoed aan de Prinses Irenestraat 2 te Heerlen was ronduit rampzalig. Al na twee weken wonen begon er ernstige schimmelvorming in vrijwel alle kamers (behalve keuken en gang). Dit gebeurde in de wintermaanden en werd direct bij de verhuurder gemeld. Wat volgde was een eindeloze stroom van e-mails — zeker 50 — voordat er in juli (!) eindelijk iemand langs kwam om simpelweg over de schimmel heen te sausen. In de tussentijd heb ik zelf met HG schimmelreiniger aan de slag gemoeten, want het ging niet om een klein plekje. De woning zat onder de groen-, geel-, grijs-, wit- én zwartkleurige schimmel. De reactie van Prevoo? Beschuldigingen dat ik “niet genoeg zou stoken” — zelfs midden in de zomer. Alsof je dan de verwarming volop aan zet? Na het “opknappen” door het ingehuurde bedrijf (lees: oversausen), was ik twee à drie maanden vrij van zichtbare schimmel. Maar toen begon het volgende hoofdstuk: een ondicht raam en ernstige lekkages bij regenval. Water stroomde letterlijk de woonkamer binnen, langs het stopcontact. Ook dit meteen gemeld. De reactie? Wéér de beschuldiging dat ik niet genoeg stookte — ondanks dat ik door werk en privé amper thuis was. Meerdere onafhankelijke bedrijven, zoals een gevel- en kozijnenspecialist en LeakSolutions, hebben bevestigd dat de vochtproblemen structureel zijn en komen door de gebrekkige bouw en isolatie van het pand. De VvE-rapporten bevestigen dit eveneens. Toch bleef Prevoo alle verantwoordelijkheid van zich afschuiven en beweerde men dat het mijn schuld was. De woning had geen centrale verwarming, alles moest handmatig. Er werd van mij verwacht dat ik voor duizenden euro’s aan energie zou verbruiken om een slecht geïsoleerde woning bewoonbaar te houden. Ondertussen kreeg ik te horen dat ik geen beroep mocht doen op de Huurcommissie — iets wat ik tijdens het tekenen van het huurcontract over het hoofd heb gezien. Een dure fout. Na veel stress en kosten heb ik het huurcontract kunnen beëindigen, maar zelfs dat ging niet zonder extra kosten: €600 “boete” vanwege verschillende wittinten op de muur. Die tinten zijn veroorzaakt door het bedrijf dat ze zelf hadden ingeschakeld om de schimmel te verwijderen. Kortom: veel geld betaald voor een woning die in werkelijkheid onbewoonbaar was, met een verhuurder die alle verantwoordelijkheid afschuift op de huurder. Mijn advies: denk twee keer na voordat je iets huurt via Prevoo Vastgoed.

Vanaf 2018 verhuren wij enkele huisjes via Prevoo vastgoed, vanaf dag 1 een verademing, Bart Prevoo zorgt niet alleen goed voor de huiseigenaren , maar neemt zijn huurders meer dan serieus alles moet kloppen voor beide partijen, Prevoo vastgoed kan ik dan voor zowel eigenaar als huurder zeker adviseren met vriendelijke groet jasper

Huisjesmelker 1st class. We rented here from Mr. Ter Tanje. In the first week, we sent an email about the defects, which we received no response to (heating held in place with wire, a shower that falls off the wall. Mice in the property. Cracks in the walls that were 'repaired' with filler.) The worst thing is that they don't respond to anything. But as soon as they can collect money, they are on it. The property was described in the contract as being in a child-friendly neighborhood while there were multiple police and ambulances in the street every day. Contact with Mr. Ter Tanje is also a treat. Mr. doesn’t answer or is as blunt as a farmer.
