WARNING: stay far away from this real estate agent. What a disastrous experience. For a year we had to struggle with their misleading, intimidating and downright dishonest way of working. This real estate agent really does everything to protect the landlord and keep tenants small. Promises were not kept, appointments deliberately twisted, and every attempt at reasonable communication ran into arrogance and contempt. Everything that was in black and white was denied with glass hardness. After a year of misery we were finally able to move out. The property was perfectly handed over, but even then we still got a so-called report with 'noted cleaning and repair work'. A transparent attempt to charge extra costs — without any proof or basis. According to article 7:206 and 7:217 BW, maintenance and repair are the responsibility of the landlord, not the tenant. Such practices are not only scandalous but also legally untenable. Thanks to our lawyer we got every cent back. Do not hesitate for a second to seek legal help if you have to deal with this office. That is the only language they seem to understand. What a shameless organization. Their way of working is manipulative, intimidating and harmful to trust in the rental sector. Be deeply ashamed — companies like this are ruining the housing market.

Beter doe je geen zaken met Ivo Timmers. Hij licht je op waar je bij staat. Vraagt meer dan 2x de borg van de huur en als hij moet terug betalen, krijg je geen cent! Zelfs van een jurist trekt hij zich niks aan. Ik krijg nog 2950 euro van hem, ben er al maanden mee bezig, maar meneer Ivo Timmers kan alleen praatjes verkopen, maar geen geld overboeken. Een jurist, daar is hij niet van onder de indruk. Bellen en mailen met hem heeft geen nut, hij lacht je in je gezicht uit. Een regelrechte oplichter deze man!

Deze vastgoed trekt op geen klote mij zolang laten wachten voor niks btw mensen die appartementen die hun verhuren trekken nergens op dus pas op ze zijn onbetrouwbaar oplichters van mn klote das de 1 ste en ook de laatste keer dat ik van hun een appartement wil huren bij deze ga ik het laten anders kunnen die de zaak sluiten terecht ook !!! Moet ik ook nog een ster geven om dit te kunnen posten schandalig 😤

Het huis van mijn vader te Houthalen verkocht door deze topper,William. Zeer goede en correcte informatie naar mij toe. Het kantoor weet zeer goed waar ze mee bezig zijn. Ze regelen alles van eerste tot laatste document. Bij een volgende verkoop denk ik terug aan vastgoed Timmers.

Geen woorden voor deze man, probeertje bij een woning te verhuren met honderden euros op te lichten. Zoals dat je de borg naar hem moet over maken en dat hij het naar de verhuurder overmaakt maar er zit dan veel verschil tussen qua prijs. 600 euro makelaarskosten voor het helpen uitzoeken van een huurwoning. Het is echt absurd. Laat je niet helpen door deze man!

Be warned!!! I have nothing good to say about Ivo and his way of doing business. What I've noticed is that he is a liar and deceiver. This company is not affiliated with any industry association and thinks they can get away with everything. Because of this liar, I signed a purchase agreement and now have extra costs due to his lies. If you are in doubt, just inquire with fellow real estate agents. I should have done that too. Buying a house should be fun, but my experience with this man has only been misery.

You respond to an apartment they are renting and literally get a form to fill out the next day. After that, nothing heard, several emails sent, no response. Called very often, constant voicemail. I find this ridiculous for people who are really seriously looking and need something and aren't responded to. I haven't heard anything for 3 weeks.

Responded to a rental property, received the request to fill out the registration form almost the same day and that a viewing would probably follow the same week, which I did. Afterwards, nothing more heard. Emailed again and was told that they would still contact me. Meanwhile, over 2 weeks have passed and still nothing heard. Called several times, but the calls are not answered. A pity.

This broker was taken on to sell my family home. A local broker with a good understanding of the matter. He put the property on the market with a beautiful presentation and placed many extra advertisements. Result: dozens of viewings and the house sold quickly for a very good price. A real recommendation for everyone who wants to sell their house!!!
