Heiko was very friendly, but as a buyer's agent, we expected much more help. He only showed us houses (with one exception) that he himself was selling. And in those cases, he cannot act as a buyer's agent and we would still need to seek advice from someone else. We also had to constantly inquire and follow up ourselves. Ultimately, we found and bought a house through Funda with the help of a financial advisor.

The real estate agent strongly preferred a 'bidding from price' and, in our opinion, also set it quite high. This was also evident from the meager interest (one viewing requested). The property was ultimately sold for less than the 'bidding from price', but we as sellers thought that was fine, since things could be done quickly (which was our preference as sellers). The buyers are genuinely very happy with it, and we as sellers think that's nice too!

The initial contact went well after we awarded the sale to this broker. This broker overestimated the yield of the old house significantly, so the yield pruning hurt a lot. We expected more expertise and the purchase guidance was truly sad, no opening bid was retained but bidding went wild, seemed more concerned with the seller than the buyer in our opinion, all in all, this cost a lot of money during buying and selling and not for repetition.

I have never before left a review for a real estate agent. I do want to state that as a potential buyer, I haven't encountered such an impolite and uninterested realtor as this one. During a viewing, I received a short introduction, after which the lady simply started working noisily on the phone in the kitchen and the customer was left to figure things out themselves. When asking questions, I was bluntly referred to documents that I had already received by email. You go for the house, not for the realtor, but it doesn't have to be such an unpleasant experience. Supplement after Flora’s reaction, weeks later: Dear Flora, thank you for your response. I would indeed be interested in a substantive discussion about my experience. I am curious what the purpose of this “conversation” would be: I don’t get the impression from your defensive and “if you dare” reply that it will be very constructive. A professional response from you would be to ask what the reason is for such a review. Very poor in communication and handling. Defects had already been reported during the handover of our home.
