My experience with INTO Real Estate was very pleasant, both with Koen and with René. During the rental period, all questions and requests were handled to satisfaction and quickly. The original rental period had to be changed a number of times and this was arranged in a professional manner and with good and clear communication. I would recommend it to everyone! The gentlemen handled and treated us superbly. First, they helped us find and buy another house. Afterwards, they also sold our (then) house with ease. This also made us eligible for a bridging loan. Both gentlemen literally took all the stress of dealing with all the small print away from us throughout the entire process. All of this didn't even take a month. Because we also had a preference for which bank we DIDN’T want, they also professionally supported us with our wishes and requirements. Every point and detail was explained in great detail, even though we didn't ask for it. Afterwards, very grateful that the gentlemen were proactive in this! A reassuring feeling because we didn't feel abandoned to our fate! Top men! Definitely continue like this! A big compliment!
Due to a fire, my parents were left with nothing on the street. In all the hustle and bustle and calling real estate agents for temporary rental accommodation, Koen's professional and heartfelt attitude immediately stood out. Koen addressed the seriousness of the situation with so much understanding and feedback and took action directly that same day. It was a huge support for us that we knew the same day that we could get an apartment; it brought incredibly much peace. In addition to a professional attitude, solutions are thought through and questions are answered immediately via a Whatsapp group. Immense thanks for this apartment with a beautiful view and pleasant support!
We were personally helped by René Wetsteijn. After we ourselves heard that we had to move out of our home due to a change of landlords, we came into contact with René. Within a few days, we were able to view 3 apartments and he helped us get all the documents in order. He helped my girlfriend with accounting advice for her freelance business and was available every day on mobile/whatsapp. We know that he personally helped us further, despite the fact that he could have gone to other potential buyers and in the process he tried to get us into a new home as quickly as possible. If you are on good terms with René, he will do everything he can to help you find a home. Despite all this effort, the house was for us, but unfortunately it did not go ahead due to other circumstances. He told us that we were always welcome for advice or a new home. This is absolutely a very professional and dedicated real estate office. Into Real Estate has an amazing team. We sold our apartment in Leiden with their help. Particularly good, professional and adequate tailor-made help! Koen and René always respond directly and immediately get started with it - exactly what we needed with our short deadline! You rarely come across this combination of professionalism and personal approach these days, unfortunately. No hidden clauses in the agreement, a clear and honest company that works harder for you than you expect. Our apartment was sold at a good price now (within our short deadline) and this happened through an open bidding system which also offered transparency to the buyers so that no nonsensical bids were submitted that would waste our time. Human, professional and hands-on! Very pleasant collaboration!
