They don't respond to emails and the only thing you can do by phone is make an appointment. If you go to their office, you’ll find that only one person in their entire office actually does her work, but she is never available for a meeting.

Great team here, I can't fault them for anything.

We had only had our apartment for sale for a few days when it was already sold, thanks to Arno. We received excellent guidance and a lot of good information from him. Niels was buitengewoon betrokken en hij heeft ons met veel toewijding begeleid bij de aankoop van onze woning. Zijn expertise en begeleiding hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we goed geïnformeerd waren gedurende het gehele aankoopproces. Dit heeft ons geholpen om met vertrouwen onze ideale woning aan te kopen. We bevelen Niels Brom van harte aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een deskundige en toegewijde makelaar.

Heel fijn contact met Niels. Geen vraag was te veel. Ook bereikbaar buiten kantoor tijden. Kortom een aanrader.

Uitstekend advies en adequate hulp bij vastgoedtransacties gekregen. Betrouwbaar en eerlijk advies.

Helaas hebben wij geen positieve ervaring met makelaar Niels Brom. Als kopende partij hadden wij contact met hem in de capaciteit van verkoopmakelaar, waarbij de communicatie zeer moeizaam en onvriendelijk verliep. Meneer Brom informeerde ons niet proactief en volledig en benaderde ons zeer wantrouwig, terwijl wij ten alle tijden transparant en met goede intenties in het proces hebben gezeten. Daarnaast ben ik van mening dat een professionele makelaar ten alle tijden beleefd blijft, ondanks zijn persoonlijke mening over degene waar hij contact mee heeft. Zo hebben wij het contact met meneer Brom helaas niet ervaren.

We would never think that a management company would neglect help with gas leaks and mouse infestations, but that's what happened. From that moment on, we only contacted the landlord (a professional handyman) to have the problems in the house fixed. This 'management' company was not only useless during our stay in the house. They were also shadowy. They did not provide original invoices from the companies they allegedly hired to clean the house, paint it, or solve the problems. They only offered an overview with overpriced services. For example, to cover 4 holes in the wall – each 8 mm – they paid 90 euro. They also listed services in the overview that were not mentioned in the final appraisal. So did we pay for extra renovations too? They clarified nothing. Only then was approximately 30 euros of a deposit of 1500 euros sent to our bank account. I say 'they' because no one was ever responsible for anything. They pointed fingers at each other.

My experience with House Hunting was very positive. I would like to emphasize the service of agent Martijn, who was extremely helpful, efficient and always available to help with everything I needed. His attention to detail and dedication in answering my questions made a difference in the process. I highly recommend the services of House Hunting and want to thank Martijn for his excellent support.
