If you don't want to secure the financing or sell your house for as little as possible, go to Paul van Kooten. I wanted an appraisal to fall into a different risk class. WOZ value 435.00. Adjusted sale price between 435.00 and 470.00. Model values between 500.000 and 570.000. He doesn't even know the location of a reference object. My appraisal value 417.000 (needed 430.000 to fall into another risk class). €470 euro wasted on a worthless report. We also agreed that he would first share his findings before validating the report. This agreement was not kept. Don't go to this real estate agent.

Bad experience with this. Agreed upon for a flat, but the purchase agreement contains all sorts of sloppiness, including the price being k too high. After days of stretching and not answering the phone, they suddenly let us know that the property has been sold to someone else.

Lemoo.nl is een erg goed verhuurbedrijf. Dhr. Rafi is een vriendelijke en flexibele man. Hij reageert soms iets later dan gepland, maar hij is echt een fantastisch persoon en komt altijd met een oplossing. Zijn bedrijf is huurdersvriendelijk en ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf nooit problemen ondervonden. Een echte aanrader.

Ik heb ruim drie jaar in een accommodatie van Lemoo gewoond en ik vond ze erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (vooral voor expats). Ze doen ook hun best om je in geval van nood te helpen. De huurprijs en andere voorwaarden zijn heel duidelijk en ze zijn goed bereikbaar via de telefoon. Rafi kwam zelfs langs om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Ze hebben me zelfs geholpen met verhuizen.

Wij zijn echt zeer positief over Rafi. Hij heeft ons (voor Utrechtse begrippen) snel geholpen aan een woning. Hij communiceert goed en duidelijk! Ook voor vrienden van ons heeft hij een leuk appartementje kunnen regelen en via hen zijn wij bij leao terecht gekomen. Inmiddels is voor hun de verhuurtermijn verlopen en heb begrepen dat zij ook alweer een nieuw plekje hebben.

Zes jaar geleden, toen ik naar Nederland verhuisde, hielp dit makelaarskantoor me aan een superleuk huurhuis in een geweldige buurt in Utrecht. We begonnen begin 2023 met zoeken naar een nieuwe huurwoning en het bleek dat B&S nog steeds een van de betere makelaars in Utrecht is. Een geweldige selectie woningen en over het algemeen een positieve service. We hebben ons nieuwe huis niet via hen gevonden, maar ze hebben ons tijdens onze zoektocht uitstekend begeleid en geholpen. Extra pluspunt: tijdens een van de bezichtigingen werden onze vragen aan de makelaar met grote transparantie en eerlijkheid beantwoord. Een dikke A+!

Ge wel dig ! Echt een aanrader

Wat een vreselijke ontvangst vandaag van dit bureau! We kregen heel abrupt te horen dat ze "hier geen studenten aannemen". Hoe ongevoelig het ook is, de toon en houding deden mijn dochter in tranen uitbarsten - en ze is een stoere jonge vrouw - hoe mensen zo vreselijk kunnen zijn en geen idee hebben hoe ze vriendelijkheid moeten tonen, tart alle verbeelding!!!

Een onprofessioneel makelaarskantoor, dat alleen de belangen van de huiseigenaar behartigt. Ze lieten me twee dagen extra huur betalen, terwijl de volgende huurder er al ingetrokken was!

B&S Rental Service vond ons droomappartement :) We hadden een uitstekende ervaring en waren blij om met B&S Rental Service samen te werken bij het vinden van onze huurwoning in Utrecht. Maurits was erg behulpzaam en professioneel bij het helpen huren van een appartement in Utrecht. Hij was toegewijd aan geweldige service van begin tot eind. Hij reageerde snel op al mijn e-mailvragen en maakte het proces uiterst soepel. We konden binnen zeer korte tijd een huurcontract via hem afsluiten. Ik zou zeggen dat Maurits en BS Rental professioneel, efficiënt en buitengewoon behulpzaam waren.

Ik heb met behulp van B&S Rental Service niet één, maar twee keer een huis in Utrecht gehuurd! Ze zijn zeer professioneel, reageren snel en zijn erg behulpzaam bij het (lastige!) zoeken naar een nieuwe woning. De eerste keer dat ik via hen een huis huurde, was tijdens een van de moeilijkste periodes van de coronapandemie, maar ze stonden altijd klaar om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en me te voorzien van informatie over de woning die ik wilde huren. De tweede keer moest ik heel snel een huis vinden en dat was zonder hun hulp gewoonweg niet gelukt. Hun klantgerichtheid is des te meer bewonderenswaardig gezien de snelle en lastige huizenmarkt in Utrecht. Kortom, mijn ervaring met hen is fantastisch en ik zou het bureau aan iedereen aanraden die naar Utrecht verhuist! Vooral als je als expat naar Utrecht verhuist en moeite hebt met het vinden van een woning, zou dit je eerste keus moeten zijn!

Na een zeer late reactie op mijn verzoek, zeiden ze dat het appartement niet beschikbaar is voor bezichtiging of verhuur omdat ze al een bod hebben ontvangen. Ze hebben zelfs niet de moeite genomen om persoonlijk op mijn e-mail te reageren. Als je in Nederland in de vastgoedsector werkt, moet je snel en efficiënt zijn. Volstrekt onprofessioneel.
