Fine real estate agent. Clear communication.

Absolutely worthless. This real estate agent agreed to services and costs that I never approved, without my consent. When I asked for a quotation, they acted as if it didn't exist — while it had already been prepared. That's outright misleading. A portion of my deposit was withheld based on amounts that simply don't add up. I have proof that the hired company was present much less than what was invoiced. Also, having to email for two years for a refund of energy they said we had no right to. In the end, we did get it!! The communication is evasive, contradictory and completely unprofessional. My experience: unreliable, not transparent and absolutely no respect for customers.

We have had good experiences with Ingrid for many years, who is always quick to respond and efficiently helps us further. Sammy is also a very nice colleague who always thinks with us.

I had a great experience with Rotsvast during my search for a new home. The procedures were very simple and quick, which helped me as an expat a lot. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very bad experience as a tenant with this real estate agency. Such as not legally allowed indexations, sending incorrect invoices, engaging debt collectors to collect so-called overdue payments. Furthermore, they often do not respond by telephone. This real estate agency is certainly not there to represent the interests of the tenant and carelessly takes on the orders and information from the landlord without informing themselves with the tenant. Ashamed of your treatment of tenants!!!

Rotsvast has been my reliable partner for rental for more than 15 years. Time and again, everything is perfectly taken care of. If needed, an extra step is even taken to resolve a potential problem. All in all, very satisfied with the service of Rotsvast Maastricht.

Since 2020, Rotsvast has been managing our properties. It's a great group of people who know what the owner wants and also find nice tenants for us. Unprofessional and disrespectful towards students!!! I rented an apartment and the landlord came in whenever they wanted. It started small with watering the plants and opening windows, but it escalated. Once, she sorted my dirty underwear and organized viewings without my knowledge! I warned Rotsvast and they said, I quote: 'She's an old woman, don't make a drama out of it.' They locked us out, just because we are young students. Stay away for your own safety. EDIT: They are now putting pressure on me via multiple emails to remove my honest review.

If you are looking for a biased realtor who always sides with the landlord, you've come to the right place. They manage the security deposits of the apartments and find the smallest things to withhold your deposit. When it was December and the heating wasn't working, they didn't help me at all and didn't contact the landlord. But when the landlord said we were too noisy, they called us immediately. They treat you poorly and try to reclaim your deposit.

Excellent! I have had both an in-person and online viewing with the real estate agency, and in both cases everything went extremely professionally and transparently. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Aleyna, one of the Rotsvast real estate agents. She has greatly helped me and my daughter. The housing situation in Maastricht is appalling. We were desperately searching for a nice place to stay for months, contacted real estate agents, were rejected and ignored countless times. We even heard that we would not be able to find a home this year due to the high demand. At one point I considered renting a caravan for my daughter... Fortunately, Rotsvast was there for us and is the first agency that answered the phone kindly and politely. It is the only office that communicates effectively with its clients and prioritizes their needs. Aleyna was exceptional, answered all our calls and emails, explained the steps clearly, thoroughly explained the contract, and welcomed my daughter into her new home by helping her settle in. SCAM!!!! ATTENTION, do not rent here!! They did not refund the full deposit, even though I left the studio in PERFECT condition! (See photos) Really a bad experience, if you need anything, they are nowhere to be found!!! I am going to report this to the Maastricht municipality office so that they can take action.

Verschrikkelijke ervaring! Ik heb moeten vechten om mijn borg terug te krijgen! En na meer dan een maand kreeg ik minder terug omdat ze zeiden dat ze kosten hadden! Ik heb bewijs dat het appartement in perfecte staat was. Ik ga het makelaarskantoor melden bij de gemeente Maastricht! Geloof me, blijf hier ver vandaan.
