Unprofessional and disrespectful towards students!!! I rented an apartment and the landlord came in whenever they wanted. It started small with watering the plants and opening windows, but it escalated. Once, she sorted my dirty underwear and organized viewings without my knowledge! I warned Rotsvast and they said, I quote: 'She's an old woman, don't make a drama out of it.' They locked us out, just because we are young students. Stay away for your own safety. EDIT: They are now putting pressure on me via multiple emails to remove my honest review.

If you are looking for a biased realtor who always sides with the landlord, you've come to the right place. They manage the security deposits of the apartments and find the smallest things to withhold your deposit. When it was December and the heating wasn't working, they didn't help me at all and didn't contact the landlord. But when the landlord said we were too noisy, they called us immediately. They treat you poorly and try to reclaim your deposit.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Aleyna, one of the Rotsvast agents. She has greatly helped me and my daughter. The housing situation in Maastricht is appalling; we were desperately searching for a nice place to stay for months, contacted agencies, were rejected and ignored countless times, and were also told that we would not be able to find accommodation for this year due to high demand. At one point I was even considering renting a caravan for my daughter... Fortunately, Rotsvast opened its arms to us and is the first agency that answers the phone neatly and politely. It is the only agency that communicates effectively with its clients and prioritizes their needs. SCAM!!!! ATTENTION, do not rent here!! They did not refund the full deposit, even though I left the studio in PERFECT condition! (See photos) Really a bad experience, if you need anything, they are nowhere to be found!!! I am going to report this to the Maastricht municipality office so that they can take action.

Terrible experience!!!!!! I had to fight to get my deposit back! And after more than a month, I received less money because they said they had costs!!! I have proof that the apartment was in perfect condition. I am going to report the real estate agency to the municipality of Maastricht!!! Please believe me, stay away.
